Great friendly staff…read more Great selection of reptiles (hard to not take a new one home everytime I go) I purchased my second gecko here, and regularly return for feed and other things for pet care. They offer nail clipping and sitting for when you're out of town. They restock often. I was surprised that they had 3 baby blue tongue skinks on my first visit. The website and the store locations don't reflect the same inventory, so you'll have a good chance of finding anything you're looking for. Be sure to chat with the staff for any needs.

I can't say enough good things about this reptile store. Brittany, the owner/manager, is seriously…read moreamazing. She took in a leopard gecko that I ended up rescuing for my fiancé's son, his name is now Raja, and she made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. What I appreciate most is that she's not pushy at all, especially for someone like me who's never owned reptiles before. She's super knowledgeable and actually takes the time to help you figure out what works best for your pet. I had read that geckos eat crickets, roaches, and worms, but mine only wants worms. When I stopped in today looking for a treat (or as she calls it, a "donut" for geckos, which I love), she gave me a bunch of other options to try without making me feel pressured. I live in Imperial Beach, and this is hands down the best reptile store in San Diego. She has everything you could need, and if she doesn't have something, I'm confident she'll get it for you. Great prices, amazing service, and someone who truly cares about animals and her customers. Highly recommend!

I immediately gravitated towards her because she had a way of explaining things that made sense to me. We stayed in touch even after puppy graduation and I would text her from time to time to ask questions or stay in touch. I found her on social media and loved her training information. Then when my now 1.5 year old puppy was full grown and became harder to manage we got back in touch and she'd offer suggestions. Finally when she neared the age of 2 I realized I needed professional help Amillie came in and once again explained things even on our first session in a way I could understand and broke down behaviors for me. I actually have 2 giant breed Greater Swiss mountain dogs and she has helped me with training both of them. Mainly frustration reactivity for my younger female "puppy" and then being able to successfully loose leash walk both of them together (2 strong willed and physically strong, with a combined weight of ~200 lb) female dogs. Each time we meet I leave with so much information. She's been great and I only wish we started training them with Amillie when my girls were younger. You won't regret this partnership or Amillie's expertise. Training comes natural to her. It's a gift and that's with me already having had 2 large breed independent dogs before working with her!
