We needed someone to take care of our 2 dogs when we went out of town for the weekend. I was lucky…read moreenough to find Beloved Pet Sitting on Yelp and reached out to them to set up an appointment. They were super accommodating, communicative, and they took the best care of our two dogs (who can be needy and a little high maintenance). One dog is a blind senior and the other one is a little anxious due to being a rescue. Each sitter took the time to make sure our pups were comfortable with them and followed the directions we laid out. They sent updates and pictures after every visit, which significantly calmed the helicopter pet parent in me. Special shoutout to Kennedy who became best buds with my usually shy, slow-to-warm-up dog! This was an amazing option to have instead of putting our dogs in boarding (which we all would have been unhappy with). They are great at providing mix-and-match options to keep cost in mind. A day before my appt I called (was on hold super long, eventually got hung up on by accident) and they couldn't find my appt. The gal helped me make one very quick over the phone though. Their website also says they are closed/no appts Sunday Monday & Tuesday, but they are open M & T. Anyway-- staff was great though the experience wasn't great before. Was on hold for a very long time when I called, but they were able to accommodate an appt switch once we did get in touch. Nice front desk guy, vet and vet tech were all very sweet- quickly booked next appt, called us for any issues with our pet and finished everything promptly. I believe the audio was being recorded on an iPad (it's no problem), but no permission was asked beforehand, which is strange since other vets do. In conclusion-- this is a business you HAVE to call to get help, would totally recommend in person service once you are there, would return if needed.

She listened…read moreto the phone recording and let my family choose our treatment plan for this month while my cat is not well (as well as recommending a antibiotic vaccine to help with healing) and then switch to the more invasive treatment plan that they recommend for next month. I still do not agree with requiring indoor cats to have rabies vaccines every couple years but this is their specific policy as they are worried for their staff contracting rabies. The waiting room still smelled bad but not as bad as yesterday. I appreciate the call and explanation. I hope this doesn't happen again or to anyone else. I will only be seeing the director from now on as she is reasonable and fair. She cares about retention of clients/patients and will not let your fur baby leave untreated. Thank you Doctor!

It is…read moreeasy to schedule walks, and Steven is very accommodating to our busy work schedules which is reassuring knowing our dog will be walked, fed and looked after either early in the morning, or later in the afternoon. Last minute changes happen and Steven hasn't charged cancellation fees, but he also has been able to schedule walks with little notice. I know our dog is in good hands and safe on each and every walk so I can focus on my job.
