If you're looking for someone who will care for your dog as if they were her own, Hearts and Paws…read moreis truly the place to go. Jill has such a genuine love for animals, and it shows in every detail of her work. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth, patience, and compassion she brings to each dog she grooms. Jill takes the time to understand every dog's personality and needs, which makes such a difference--especially for pups who may be nervous or need extra care. The grooming is always done with excellence, gentleness, and attention to detail, and my dog always comes home happy, calm, and looking amazing. It's rare to find a groomer who combines skill, professionalism, and a truly kind heart the way Jill does. I trust her completely, and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. I highly recommend Hearts and Paws to anyone who wants top-quality grooming and peace of mind knowing their furry family member is in loving hands.

The service is always excellent, and his nails are done perfectly every time. What really stands out is how calm and happy he is when we drop him off , no anxiety or crying at all, which says a lot! At other places, grooming used to take half a day (sometimes up to 6 hours), but here it's done quick with great care and quality. Our little guy is only 11 lbs, and they take such great care of him every single time. We're so grateful we found this place!

It was so bad that I had to move apartments because of the noise complaints I got. He tore a hole in my wall, destroyed crates, and screamed when he was left alone. A friend of mine recommended her to me when I was at my wits end. We've only been working with Isabel for 2-3 weeks and Dolce can already be left alone while I'm at work for 5 hours. He stays in my bedroom with the door closed SLEEPING!!! I never thought I would be able to leave him that long without getting a sitter and it feels like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Not only that, but Dolce walks so much better on the leash. We did board and train for one week and are doing continued weekly trainings. I'm so thankful and so excited to see how much more he grows!!!
