I like how it's located towards side end of the parking lot, and not in the middle of the parking lot or near the the sams club gasoline stations. I'm like I'm there, he squeezed me, then his team led by Jon went to work, later I hear this thumping and vocals coming from the work area and MJ goes that's your truck, my jaws dropped in excitement, I couldn't believe that was my truck and how good I sounded, mind you this is my first sound system so I didn't know what to expect and they didn't disappoint. On my drive home I couldn't stop smiling lol. MJ, Jon and his team are super cool, their work is professional I love how they routed all the amp wires it is so clean looking. I wish I could give them 10 stars. If you are looking for audio, security equipment and installation I highly recommend this place. I just picked up a 2017 Honda Fit LX and I started to experience electrical issues after 3 days…read more It ends up loosing power on the road with signs that it could be the battery or alternator. I changed out the battery and drive about a mile where the symptoms came back. Thinking it's the alternator, I pull it out to get tested. Orilleys said they could not test it with their equipment and they have to special order. I asked AI and they brought me to CPR and glad they did! They not only tested the alternator but deemed it good...still charges. I read the the limited voltage regulator goes bad on these models out the blue. CPR was able to pinpoint that. He had options to repair it but was truthful that he is not 100 percent sure that the regulator is the issue since he does have a tested for that regulator. I let CPR know that I'll work with the dealership and thankfully they scheduled me with their repair shop. Really appreciates the service and honesty of CPR and will bring all my electrical to them first.

Unfortunately, the third experience was completely different and extremely disappointing. The installation went horribly, and we were left without a window. We waited and tried multiple times to get answers and a resolution, but nothing was done. What made the situation even worse was feeling like we were being blamed when we were the ones repeatedly reaching out and trying to get the issue resolved. After having two good experiences with Safelite, we expected the same level of service the third time. Instead, we were left hanging with no window and no satisfactory solution. Very frustrating and disappointing customer service. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend making sure everything is clearly documented and confirmed before relying on Safelite to complete the job.

Back to now, I bought a brand new truck so I had to give this place serious consideration. Emailed a few places but ended up back here. After talking with Ryan and thinking things over I went from planning on getting an amp, new front speakers and sub to installing the door speakers entirely, adding the amp with the option for a future sub install. I'm glad I went this route. The quality of sound I'm getting makes me debate if getting a sub is necessary. The wires are neatly ran and zip tied, I can appreciate this since I do a lot of network cabling and some low voltage work myself. The future subwoofer knob was mounted clean onto a vacant plate. It was not cheap and I have no buyers remorse. Great audio isn't cheap, and cheap audio isn't great.
