He is very knowledgeable about Diabetes care and knows about the different treatments and options and is willing to answer my questions about it. His nurses are professional also. I have weak veins and usually I have to get poked multiple times when I give blood but all 3 of the nurses must have been phlebotomists in prior positions because they all have found my veins and were able to make the process fast and painless. In fact, while standing at the front desk talking to our tour guide, a lady who has been going there for many years took the time to tell us how much she and her family love Milestone. We have had several visits and each one has been pleasant- we never feel rushed- they take the time to answer all our questions- as new parents, we have a lot!! I really like that we have a choice of 3 pediatricians and 3 CPNPs. I have called the nurse line several times and have always received a call back within hours and have felt like they have answered my questions w/o judgement except for one time- I got a nurse that wasn't very friendly.
