The sign-in process was quick and easy- read, sign, print name, date, and repeat The medical assistant Lynette was such a sweet girl- she did the usual- weight, height, medical questions, blood pressure, pulse rate and such They offer an online service for getting test results and appointment reminders- most doctors do this now which is a nice option if you choose to use it. The doctor received good reviews when I was searching the interwebs so I decided to make the appointment- so far, I'm glad I did. She apologised for making me wait- which wasn't much of a wait at all- she asked a lot of questions and offered great advice- I felt like she took her time and was really listening to me- you don't get that much. I had a terrible doctor in KY and CA so I didn't have high expectations- hopefully she'll stay this way b/c I like her thus far. The phlebotomist did a great job and offered candy when she was done. When I called to resolve this issue I was told "sorry, but the services were rendered and correct". They didn't care that I was misinformed. Additionally, I was sent a paper bill that was almost $30 higher than the bill in the app that they use. Got it cleared up that I need to pay the (slightly) lower amount, but make sure to ask EXACTLY what billing codes will be used or you will end up paying for extra for "services rendered" that you didn't even know about.

Adding to that, there was construction going on to confuse the driver. So I was late to the appointment by 15 minutes and the person at the reception seemed pretty rude when he cancelled my much needed appointment with the doctor. I wouldn't recommend this facility that has appointed rude person as receptionist. Hope he would be taken to task because he is unaware and unkind of patient's pain and scenarios.
