They knew the pet was in danger of developing sores, the owner was partially disabled, and the area vet had no availability for weeks. After telling her we would leave a poor review, got a reply about some family issues, and while we understand, a simple 'won't be able to do it' reply would have saved my girl days of suffering, as we would have gone to the ER vet.

Not only did I not have to cart my dogs across town, but Melody and Coy took extra time to make sure my dogs, who are not well socialized, felt safe and secure throughout the entire process. By the end of the session both dogs were calm and they looked and smelled amazing. I had reservations going into the appointment as to how my pets would handle the stress of bathtime with strangers, but wow they handled it amazingly. I was so impressed by this team that I scheduled our next appointment on the spot. I will never use any other grooming services. Melody's Miracles has a customer for life.

Helen arbitrarily decided to shave our dog without consulting us. I still wonder why our dog was panting when I picked her up if the door to the van was closed and the air conditioning was aimed at the dog, especially since I walked by 30 minutes after she started and the door was still open. All this for $280 (including a 39.95 travel fee to go from Frisco to west Plano)!

Let's just get that tiny detail out of the way. I have a big ol' 19 pound kitty who needs (and loves) a good haircut from time to time. He's long hair and I can just tell when he's hot and uncomfortable. In the summer I get his hair cut, in a lion cut, and I can never tell if he's strutting 'round because he thinks he looks handsome or stupid. But with the pom-pom tail, big hairy mane and boots with the furrrrrr, he just can't be beat. Now that we've moved to Rockwall I keep trying to find replacements for all my "best of" list I've used for years in Dallas. I'm picky and not going to let just any ol' gal with hair trimmers touch my kitty. I got her card from the Vet and kept it, knowing I'd need it some day. Once the summer heat set in, I made an appointment. Ozzy got his pill, was amply tranquilized and got his hair cut. She honestly did an awesome job. He's struttin' around, lookin' good and feelin' fine. She only took about 2h (would have gone quicker had he not cheeked his first dose of ACE), and he was back home drunk and sassy quick. She does dogs too, and I'm sure she'll do a great job on your pet. Give her a call! I'm very happy.
