We called ClimateCare and got a quote for installation and 10 years maintenance (Parts & labour) that was cheaper than sticking with Reliance. And we asked for fall checkup on the furnace while they are on site. They threw that in for free. The installers were quick and efficient without any little extra charges for replacing the gas shutoff, etc. During the furnace checkup, they discovered that our thermostat no longer worked on the heat setting so it got swapped out free of charge. We are very happy with ClimateCare.

The store was recommended by a friend in Toronto whose family lives in Guelph. I phoned Shuh's and spoke to Jeffrey Maclean, who arranged to have a repairman go to my friend's home in Guelph to fix his dryer. Jeffrey was totally professional. He took down all the info and told me a repairman would drop by between 9 a.m. and noon. Sure enough the repairman showed up exactly as arranged. He did a great job and fixed the dryer on the spot. The price was VERY reasonable. I highly recommend Shuh's appliance repair service. It is reliable, fairly priced, friendly and professional. I would also consider purchasing appliances from Shuh's too if I ever need any.
