After I explained to them that you should have called me. They did not have any explanation. They sent the charge to the collections agency. This is unacceptable for any customer to pay the charges without getting any service. I end up paying the charges without any service. This company stole my money. I would never call these kinds of businesses who don't have any sense of customer service.

After an hour, he left with the dryer no longer functional and no explanation as to the problem or how/when to fix it. Never heard from them again until an invoice arrived 4 months later for the service call -- simply BRUTAL I cannot recommend as I am now trying to call them to discuss but cannot get through --- makes me wonder if they have gone out of business??
