If I could give zero stars I would. I've never even made a Yelp review before and had to download an app to write this review. So take that into consideration on how bad the customer service was when reading this. They don't honor their silly stamp system and we've had multiple issues with the lady at the register. There is also a "Boba shortage" apparently so don't try and ask for two flavors or an extra scoop. The place itself and girls working there are decent and the teas and mochi ice cream are pretty good. But the attitude of the business owner is just out of this world. He is very rude and always is in a rush. He has messed up on my order several times and never owns up to it making me think that I'm in the wrong. Yeah bro, No! This is the second incident that i have had with him directly that leave a very distasteful taste in my mouth. With that attitude and the way he spoke with me, i will be taking my business and hard earn money elsewhere. Love this place. I've been to many boba tea places, and this one ranks #1 in my book. They have a variety of flavors to choose from; all applicable to their milk teas, smoothie options, and flavored teas. The amount of toppings available is wonderful, and most importantly they have popping boba! Every time I've been my drinks are cold and refreshing, but never loaded down with ice, which is a plus in my book. Service is always superb - and the restroom is spotless. Service was pretty fast, but I'm pretty sure the girl was training and couldn't figure out a simple bubble tea. With help, I ended up with a tea and no bubbles, which I had to send back. I have tried the bubble tea ( taro) twice here and both times it had no flavor. The 2nd time trying the tea, I asked them to make it sweeter and with more Taro. No luck. Will not be back. The Market Place in downtown WPB ( by City Place) has bubble tea that tastes much better. read more

I've come here a couple of times and tried the bubble tea, the snow ice, and the mochi ice cream... Unfortunately, I didn't really find anything that I particularly liked. The bubbles in the tea were sort of chewy, but too hard to be enjoyable. The snow ice was disappointing -- definitely a lot worse than other places I've been to. The flavor was weak (I got the green tea one), and when it started to melt, the texture got sticky and slimy. And the mochi was really inconsistent. We ordered 6 of them in different flavors. The thickness of the mochi would change from flavor to flavor, as well as the texture. Some of the mochi was ok, but others had too thin a layer that was dry and brittle. Our first time here. Ordered the taro milk tea with red beans and coconut milk tea for my daughter. They seemed busy and in a frantic state, so I patiently waited for them to take my order. The girl that called out our order said vanilla milk tea instead of coconut. I told her that it should be coconut. She was like, oh, yeah. I meant coconut. Well, we took it to go and my daughter said that it tastes nothing like coconut and that it is vanilla. Nothing more annoying than to pay for an incorrect order.
