She gave me her life story and harassed me for over 20 minutes on the phone saying I was the only person to leave her a bad review. After I got off the phone with her, she replied to my reviews stating she reviewed footage. If she only took feedback critically and adjusted her menu, she would've been more successful. Can't say I'm surprised as I see this harassment is a pattern for her.
