It had a creamy coconut milk flavour along with a mildly spicy, savoury broth and a curry base. Service was wonderful. The ladies seemed very proud of the dishes and spent time explaining how to eat each dish and what the unique ingredients were. Big smiles all around when they found out it was our first time there. They were excited to suggest certain things and explain how the build your own soup worked. The only thing that could be improved on were the appetizers, we had the deep fried calamari and chicken wings, but they were not authentically Hong Kong style. They were a little bit crispy and seemed like frozen calamari. The chicken wings had been deep fried but had no seasoning except for salt and they were over salted.
