OnTrac took 3 attempts to deliver tires locally from Tire Rack, every day they were out for delivery and then cancelled due to "weather". The weather is 40F, sunny, 3mph wind. I could maybe accept the delay, maybe! If it wasn't for the lying. Now of course I lost my installation appointment time, need to change my schedule and drive on skidding tires for another week+. I had two recent WalMart orders that used OnTrac for delivery. The first order was an expensive item that was "lost" which was highly suspect. After much aggravation and time spent Walmart gave me a refund for the package that OnTrac "lost". The second order was placed during the waiting period for my first package. unfortunately Walmart used OnTrac for this package as well, causing another package to be "lost". Lesson learned. If I order online from Walmart again I will use the ship to store option instead. Walmart needs to drop OnTrac entirely and use a reliable delivery service. read more

Txt was from 'OnTrac' & a link was provided for me to open. I never open suspicious texts so I called Chewy to find out what info was needed. Absolute trash delivery service. My package was sent to the wrong facility 2 weeks ago. I contacted daily to get an update. Finally 14 days later I receive an email saying they have lost my package. In my opinion I think the driver or a OnTrac worker stole my package of $400 worth of back to school clothes for my high school daughter. OnTrac is either run by thieves or imbeciles. After each day that the shipping "service" kept saying my package would be delivered, it would change the delivery day to the next day. After seven day of that runaround (and dealing with automated unhelpful answers), I finally got in touch with a real person who simply said they don't know where my package is. This company cant even fulfill the bare minimum. everyday I check the tracking number it says it will be delivered that day. it said it would be delivered Nov 29 for over a week past the 29th. I submitted a claim ticket - no response, calling didn't give me anything I couldn't see online and no option to connect to a live person. I used the chat feature - took me two days to get connected to a live agent who wouldn't respond to my messages and might as well have been a robot when he finally did. So, not sure if this is even the right company but it sure looks like it. It is Amazon Logistics. I was supposed to get a mattress delivered yesterday from 5-8 PM. Nothing! Reason for refund: Customer return; no, you didn't give this as a reason when it's clear that your logistics department is lazy and mismanaged. When I questioned why nobody would call us that the item was delayed (you were just too lazy due to another delivery or don't care), you verbatim told us we cannot call customers after a certain hour, but you can deliver it very late. Makes as much sense as this whole debacle. And, for you, on top of everything, to hang up the phone only shows how unprofessional you are. No worries; this is on every site, including Amazon. You were argumentative and not someone who should ever have contact with customers. Because picking up the phone and saying it's too late for today would have been the right thing to do, but nothing but excuses, then you call this morning only to tell us it's delayed another day, again the last stop, 20 minutes from St. Clarita. Then you are supposed to when people get infuriated with some scripted response. They 'attempted' to make a delivery, during the day, while I was home but didn't contact me and didn't leave the package (signature was not required). I contacted their "customer support" which was not helpful at all and they said that they would make another attempt in the next 1-2 business days (this was a expedited 2 day delivery that I paid for). "OffTrac" That was a name recently shared with me to describe OnTrac. That's exactly describes the level of service that you are likely to encounter from OnTrac. Apparently they use contractors in their private cars to deliver packages. The quality of that delivery can vary greatly. I would suggest delivering to a private residence when using OnTrac and making SURE that you are home at the time of delivery. I have heard stories from businesses that I patronize of OnTrac delivery drivers showing up to businesses after hours and dropping off packages outside the locked doors of the business on the sidewalk. OnTrac is focusing on lower prices for faster delivery. They do deliver on that goal, but just be aware that the quality of that delivery may not be at the same level of what you're used to getting from UPS or FedEx. read more
