Absolutely the worst delivery service. I ordered two expensive items from a well known store and both times they could not find my address and left. I advise the company where I got the items from to. Please take them off their list as delivery agents. They are going to lose a lot more customers if they continue to use this thankfully they have alternatives that they could use because I would never recommend this company ever. Tiktok is a big one that uses cheap companies like Ontrac. It is so disgusting what these drivers do to our stuff that we pay hard earned money for. I am so pissed. I dont feel like these companies even care what their drivers do anymore. Its such a shame. I dont know how they stay in business with all the bad reviews out there. I used their chat bot for my complaint because everytime I called their "customer service number", it wouldn't even ring. My phone would show "calling" and then the call would drop so I tried the chat bot. It wont allow u to connect with anyone so u have to type your complaint with the tracking number listed and someone was supposed to review my messages and reach back out to me. It never happened. There's no point for me to try and reach out to TikTok. That wont get me anywhere either. Smh read more

This company disappoints me every time it is used. Both Lululemon and Nordstrom promised me delivery dates and Ontrac failed to fulfill either. I cringe every time a retailer ships with that company because I know it will either be late or I will have to fight them for a status. Avoid at all costs. read more

I placed an order with Butcher Box, which is a meat delivery company, who uses Ontrac to deliver in my area. There were many issues with my delivery yesterday June 19th, 2023, that were totally UNACCEPTABLE!!! 1.The DRIVER LIED and said my package was delivered to myself in person and it wasn't. 2. my package was delivered AFTER 10 pm. Which, Normally I would have been in bed which means I wouldn't have seen the package until the next morning and my order would have been ruined!! 3. My box was left at the bottom of my stairs in the POURING DOWN RAIN!!! not under the COVERED porch area. 4. I just happened to be up late and saw the email come in that my package was delivered, which was after 11:00pm. I had to go out in the pouring rain, in my pajamas, to retrieve the soaking wet box. I would NEVER recommend using this company for any delivery. (Not even my trash to the landfill) and I'm hoping Butcher Box finds a new delivery company or I may need to rethink my relationship with them. Wow. Just wow. I order sometimes from a big online store and I do not know why they continue to use Ontrac. 1-I get a text stating that my package will be delivered today. Ok, it was at 10:30 pm. I live in a building where I have to buzz you in and I asked if they can deliver it to my door. Package showed delivered, but it wasn't actually delivered. Reached out to customer service after waiting an additional 2 days to confirm it wasn't just delayed and the update was incorrect. They responded and said they couldn't find the package and that I would need to reach out to the seller. I called Abercrombie and the customer service rep told me this is a common problem with ontrac, either packages not delivered, delivered damaged etc. The worst part is you can't control which companies partner with them for shipping. I received an email from Ulta saying that my package was delivered but I was no where to be found. When I tracked the package I see that the driver decided to take a picture of my package in an inappropriate spot. I believe the driver kept it for themselves after taking the photo confirming the delivery. After contacting Ulta for a solution, they said to wait until Monday because sometimes drivers mistakenly mark delivered. Now I have to hope that I receive all my items and that OnTrac is not responsible for the delivery. read more

I want to come here to say that this company is NOT OnTrac that delivers packages for retailers. That OnTrac company has been a hassle for me because they don't follow instructions for leaving packages. I got frustrated and found the phone number for THIS Ontrac Delivery company. I left a very long, unkind voice message, the owner of this company was kind enough to return my call and explain that these are 2 separate companies and that he gets awful calls and reviews that have nothing to do with his business. i apologized to him, he was very gracious and kind. Absolute worst delivery service and even worse customer service. I re-arranged my schedule to be home the delivery day. I get the "attempted delivery" text. I check my phone--no missed calls from the callbox or unknown number. The leasing office is open. The driver failed to do the minimum to deliver the package.
