From the very beginning they rush you, make you sign something to only work with them (sketchy, red flag) and then they do mediocre work. They're going to take advantage of you and your home when you're in an emergency type situation. As immoral as they come. They messed up my bathroom tile, then made me feel bad when I asked them to do it right. As if I was asking too much when they didn't do it right in the first place? They also installed a random circular silver drain in the shower, when I asked for and ordered a square gold drain. Hello? The owner, Michael, simply chalked it up to "hiring workers that don't speak English." If that doesn't tell you all you need to know... The attention to detail and doing a decent, not even good, job is just not there. They didn't finish caulking behind the toilet or on top of the counter. They scratched the paint off of 3 doors, and refused to compensate or correct. They got dirt all over the walls and even got paint on my front door and hallway tile. They littered cigarette butts and a giant sponge (???) in my front yard. They left an entire garbage can of trash in my front yard. They even messed up my garage door, when that is an area of the house they were NOT authorized to do ANY work in. Who knows where else they were messing around while I wasn't home? When I asked them to remove the master toilet, I specifically and repeatedly asked them to cover the hole in the ground. When I arrived home two days later, I walked in to find the sewage hole completely gaping open, releasing toxic sewage fumes into my home and bedroom. Unbelievably thoughtless, careless, and downright hazardous/dangerous. They started trying to charge us hundreds of dollars at the end for things we already discussed, and then when we tried to talk to the owner, he basically said he'd just hand us over to his lawyer. He knows he is taking advantage of us, so he didn't want to discuss the money details with us. You can see in the attached videos/photos that they also threaten to take legal action against us, should we post an honest review. They don't have any basis to do so, but just want to scare customers into silence. That's why they don't have any other bad reviews on here. It's too late for me, but please, save yourself. They didn't have any, so I had to wait until they got them. Then, they tell me there is a problem with our plumbing, (i don't think this was true, but I trusted them so I agreed to the extra $10,000.00, to "fix" it). They dug up a trench across my entire back yard. They should have put the orange fencing around it but didn't. After our blind dog fell in the trench, we went and bought the fencing and had them put it up. Well, the job took 2 months to complete. Now, I've got bugs coming out of the drains. Mosquitoes, gnats, flies. They dive bomb me while I'm on the toilet. The best part, I was taking a shower, I look down and there's a big black flat headed worm in the shower with me!! Called a plumber and they tell me the toilet drain is not working, and sewage is bubbling up from the pipe. It's going to cost $6,000.00, to fix. I called eco star and they said it's out of warranty so I'm on my own. I'm 66 years old old. My husband and I are on social security. We now have to take out a loan to pay for repairs. Because of eco star, I hate my bathroom and wish I'd just left it alone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ECO STAR!!!!

Did not respond to request for confirmation until an hour before the job and said he texted the wrong number asking for the address. I sent him a screenshot of our previous conversation where I gave him that info. He then said they were on another job but would be there as soon as they were done. Late in the day, I get another text saying they couldn't make it. (Mind you, I am onsite waiting) He apologized and then agreed to a new date and time in a few days. I made arrangements to be onsite and then I get a late night text right before the job, that he wasn't going to make it and that I should hire another contractor. I believe we should all take Steve up on his own recommendation and hire another contractor. It seems Handy Premium Handyman Services has trouble with communication, reliability and professionalism. They do get at least 1 star since they are good at apologizing. Avoid this contractor.

Poor Quality of Work, Does NOT Stand Behind It:…read more Our home was built by Sardone Construction in 2015. In 2023 all of our wood siding completely rotted and we began having multiple leaks inside our home. Every siding company we called to fix it said the same thing: this should never happen to a house this young; the materials (type of boards and paint) used were wrong, the wood was not primed, the seams were aligned incorrectly and thus it was a completely avoidable problem caused by shoddy workmanship. It cost us $30,000 to remedy the issue by replacing ALL of the siding. We reached out to Sardone Construction who completely ignored us and refused to make things right or stand behind their work. Would strongly advise against hiring them unless you want things to fall apart much sooner than they should and be stuck paying for the repairs yourself.
