My packages generally come from Amazon, who I have pretty much begged them to shop shipping OnTrac to no Avail. My address is clearly on the label, but the delivery person would deliver to the rental office blocks away. I have pictures of where the delivery guy threw my packages over the 6 ft gate of my APARTMENT complex, took a picture and said it was delivered. I never received them. When you call Amazon logistic, they say have no way of contacting them. So I have to reorder or refund. I moved, but stayed at the apartment 1 more day to receive a package that they claimed There was no safe place to leave the package when I was sitting at the window waiting on them with the door open and tracking them, and still I did not get it. Now I figured maybe it was just in that area. But NO! The same nightmare is happening again, but worst. Last month they again said they delivered my package and handed directly to me. I called Amazon and was told I could not get a refund or reorder because the delivery guy said he set it on the steps, and if I did not have it I needed to file a Police report. . After 3 days and 4 hours of going back and forth with Amazon and many people, we figure out what happened. I had 3 deliveries scheduled. Two arrived at 9am and a picture was taken. The third was delivered somewhere else at 12 pm and no picture was taken. The one he claimed he handed off to me and then said he put on the porch, Amazon thought the first picture was all the packages and I was lying. Finally they reorder and sent it out again. $200 worth of items, and again they screw up the delivery saying no safe place to leave the package. I bid you I was tracking this person and at 2 stops from me Im outside waiting. I also had Amazon tracing them too. I finally get the package the next day. On July 3rd 2019 I check my email from a different vendor. When it said it was shipped OnTrac I had a panic attack. I pressed track package and it showed it was delivered successfully at 1:04pm. I ran to the door. NO package. Checked with all my neighbors no package. Its was now after 5pm. I couldn't call the vendor after 5 PM and all OnTrac has is email. And the next day would be the Holiday. I emailed the vendor who did responded back. After explaining the incompetence of OnTrac to them, they apologize, and said they would reship it via the more dependable UPS service at no extra charge and gave me a $5.00 credit for the problem. I know this is very long winded, but I want anyone who reads this to know just how horrible this company is, and would suggest anyone having problems would, in detail, tell their story. In reviewing these other reviews, most of us live pretty much near one another. I think we should pick a time and date to come together and file a police report against them and then a class action suit. I'm sure Jeff Bezos would also be interested in Amazon being entered into a Class Action suit and any other companies who did not vet this company and contracts with them. Well, I ordered the Apple Watch on July 8th and delivery date was scheduled for July 11th by end of day. Order never arrived on July 11th. I called On Trac and they gave me the run around, that they still couldn't get a hold of the driver. I called Apple and Apple opened an investigation. Per Apple, OnTrac was not returning any of their calls or request for a "POD" Proof Of Delivery. Apple informed me that if they didn't deliver the package by July 12th 8:30pm pst they would send me a new one. Apple kept their promise and shipped me a new one over night using UPS. I did receive the package from UPS. I called OnTrac and informed them not to deliver the watch and send it back to Apple and the CSR told me "Oh its out for delivery, and I told her, Yeah I know since July 11th" I told her Ma'am read the notes, and she specifically told me, oh yeah I see the notes, says : "Irate and annoyed customer about package...multiple calls, please inform customer its out for delivery" This company is a scam. After reading all the reviews on Amazon & Apple they have scammed so many people out of their packages. I took it upon myself to contact Apple Corporate and send a power point presentation of all the people OnTrac has scammed. Didn't think no one at Apple would call me back but sure enough I got the call on July 14th, they took all my information down and assured me that this issue would get looked at. Just to see if anything has changed with the status on my order with OnTrac I called, and sure enough the lady said, "its out for delivery, please give them till 8:30pm pst to deliver your item" Do not use this company, they hire random people to deliver the packages. I went to the Orange County Facility and I kid you not, there was 4 employees loading their cars with packages to deliver....yes ladies and gentlemen their regular cars. I went inside and the CSR rep told me I had to contact Apple if I wanted any info on the package cause they are the sender. I could not believe my ears or my eyes. This is a scam company and I have no idea how they are still in business. So if you ever order from Apple, please inform the rep to use either UPS or FedEx, trust me, it will save you all the trouble I went through. read more

I ordered from Zara on 11/26. I noticed that my package was still sitting at OnTrac's "destination facility" supposedly in Ontario since 12/6. I waited another week until I finally researched the company and came across all the horrible reviews. The next thing I did, which I suggest everyone do when there is the first sign that you may not be getting your package, is call the company that you purchased your item(s) from. Don't waste anytime checking their stupid automatic updates everyday that says, "Shipment delayed: delivery date updated." I promise you that means your package is probably not going to be delivered! Matter of fact, once you notice that the company that you purchased from is using OnTrac to ship, don't buy anything or cancel your purchase before they even mail it out. Seriously, it will save you some time. I called Zara on 12/18 and told them that my package was still sitting at OnTrac's distribution center and all they were doing was updating the delivery date. I gave them a heads up about all the horribles reviews about OnTrac on both Yelp and Better Business Bureau. I told Zara's customer service that OnTrac was going to do the following two things: 1. Continue to automatically update my delivery date and my package will never arrive 2. LIE and say my package was delivered, when it never was. Surprise! OnTrac went with option #2 and lied stating that my package was delivered on 12/19 at 5pm when I was outside the whole time putting up X-mas lights. I followed up with Zara on Monday who already was aware of the problem with OnTrac because I gave them a heads up already and also because I'm sure their receiving tons of calls about OnTrac. Zara, not only refunded me my money but is also reaching out to OnTrac. If anything, let the company know about OnTrac because they're fucking up their business and their $$$! Hopefully, the companies will stop using OnTrac once they start loosing customers and $$$. I wish I could give them zero stars. This company is so unprofessional. From their drivers, to their call center, and warehouse. Where do I start. Years ago a driver would deliver my son's feeding supplies and would ask my elderly mother if he can use the bathroom. Her being a nice old lady would let him do it, until I found out. I reported it to the company. They changed drivers. Then for years the drivers would deliver partial of my items on a Friday and then the rest on Monday. This week however I only received 3 out of 9 of my items. All 3 boxes were damaged and opened. I tried calling customer service with no answer or getting disconnected. Now I'm being told by the company I get my sons medical supplies that I have to go to the facility to pick up my son's formula. He is solely tube fed this is his only source of nutrition. They told me if I don't receive a call in the next 3 to 4 hours to call them back or contact ontrac. Ontrac still isn't answering the phones. Feeding company is now telling me that ontrac will reach out to me via email to tell me when and where to pick up my son's feeding supplies. They have been informed that you will be picking up your packages. This is no way to run a business. I never received a reply from OnTrac so I decided to drive down there. The Fremont Ca. Location. The woman who answered the door had an attitude. She seemed upset that we were even there. She kept saying "had we received a message stating that you were coming to pick up your order we would have tracked it, and notified you when to pick it up." Poor customer service. The company I order my son's supplies had me on the phone while contacting OnTrac to inform them that I would be picking up my items. Twice. She kept saying the same thing (getting more impatient) "had we received a message that you were coming we would have tracked your package and notified you when to pick it up". I don't know where the mix up was but I left without my son's formula. Again these are feeding supplies for a child whose only source of nutrition relies on this package. Tomorrow is Saturday. ONTRAC SERVICE SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!! I ordered something for my sister who lives in Lancaster. She was supposed to have received the order on Monday June 10th. I'm checking and checking and refreshing OnTrac website, tracking the order and it just kept showing"Out FOr Delivery". Finally, at about 11 something at night, the status showed Delivered so I text my sister to tell her that her order arrived. She texts me saying no it didn't. she just got out the shower, her fiance is downstairs watching tv, her inside door is open, and her porch light is on but no package. My sister went outside, looked around her house, went next door to the neighbors house and even across the street. No package. My sister called Ontrac and filed an investigation claim on the whereabouts of the package. I called the merchants, VANS to file a complaint since I placed the order. The customer service representative at VANS re-issued another pair of shoes to be delivered and expedited the order free of charge for Thurs June 13. I kid you not, my sister was looking and waiting, sitting outside on the steps under the porch light waiting and still no driver pulled up at her house. I called onTrac at 8:45 PM Thursday to talk to someone and the lady tells me that the driver/carrier is 85% complete with his deliveries and he has about 15 more packages to deliver. She called his supervisor and came back on the phone with me and tells me that the driver/carrier will be completing his deliveries that night and asks for that my sister to bear with him and be patient. I took my migraine medicine and fell asleep and wake up to my sister text messages going off. She never received her package. my sister tells me that she kept refreshing Ontrac tracking number and at 11:47 the package was showing Out For Delivery then my sister tracks it again 5 minutes later and then the package was showing Delivered at 9:01 PM How the hell is that possible?!?! OnTrac must be hiring drivers with past criminal history because they are stealing peoples packages. The worst delivery service ever! The driver is rude. He refuses to come during business hours. He has left my boxes in the street. I ran out to the street once and asked him to throw the box over the fence to me. I knew what was in it and it was light and unbreakable. So now he throws boxes over the fence, even in the rain and even when my watch dogs our out in the parking lot. Yesterday I found a box torn open the the contents broken from the fall over the fence, soaked and torn apart by the dogs. I called to complain but ON TRAC says they have no control over the independent drivers who work for 2 rich guys who bought a van for a poor disabled man who does all the work and has no people skills or respect for woman or a woman owned business or his bosses for that matter. I have had many items broken by this driver. It is costing vendors a lot, who end up having to credit me and is going to save me money because if they won't stop using ON TRAC I can't buy on line and go through this abuse any more. I think that if a man owned my company it might have gotten more attention! But so far the men at on trac have done nothing to actually resolve the issue of the rogue driver except pass me on to another man who does nothing. (And even worse I asked them not to reveal who I am because the driver has yelled at me before for complaining about him and I don't want to be assaulted verbally or worse. Customer service said they would keep my identity secure and not reveal it but they went right out and talked to the driver who said I gave him permission to throw boxes over the fence! NOT!!!! If they can't control their drivers...they should not be in this business. I have been shipping in my company for 35 years and have never had so many shipments ruined. I wish I could give them a big fat ZERO!!! My package keeps getting delayed and the message I keep receiving on the website is "we will ATTEMPT to deliver the following day"!!!! REALLY!?!?! ATTEMPT!?!?!?! On top of that my package was shipped to a facility in my city!!!! and instead of delivering it, it was then shipped to ANOTHER CITY like what!?!?! I just don't get it. I know it the holiday seasons and all but I've gotten deliveries several times this week from different couriers ( FedEx, UPS, USPS) everyone else seems to be able to deliver and keep up with packages but them! They don't answer phones, emails or any!!!!! There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!! This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any delivery service EVER!!!!!! UPDATE!!!!!!!! So after spending TWO HOURS waiting on the phone for a customer service rep I finally got a hold of someone. The rep talk to my local ontrac and they were supposed to call me or email me with an update which NEITHER happened!!!! so I had to go the local ontrac and guess what!?!? Still no package!!!! Apparently someone made a MISTAKE and sent my stuff some where else, insteadof delivering it!!!! now I'm being told to that it was scanned in the next city over and advised to wait till Monday to see IF it shows up!!! like WTF!!!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!! You got my package in the warehouse WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON!!!! A brief review of publicly available sources such as BBB complaint history and Yelp reviews reveals a consistent pattern of unprofessional behavior, poor delivery practices, and lack of resolution from OnTrac. Their reputation is widely documented and should raise serious concerns about continuing this business relationship. From a business standpoint, this partnership may also be costing Walmart more than it appears. When deliveries fail, Walmart often bears the financial burden of refunds or replacements--costs that arguably should fall on the carrier responsible for the service failure. As a Walmart+ member, reliability and convenience are key reasons I subscribed to your service. Edit to this-we got tired of the Customer service line telling us they would look into it. I tracked down the address and Saturday 12/14 went to their office/warehouse There was a note on the door saying pickups were not being allowed at this time. Knocking on door and ringing the bell didn't do much, but we finally got someone to talk to us. The entire problem was because during Black Friday to Cyber Monday the limitation for their vendors to use them was turned off. Instead of being a specific amount and then the vendor being shut off, it was unlimited. They were overwhelmed with packages and were working 24/7 to catch up. They still get one star for not letting customer service say what the problem was and having lousy communication. I would have been more patient if I had understood. AVOID THIS DELIVERY COMPANY!!!!! I am so upset about this delivery service! We ordered a tank-less water heater from Home Depot on 12/6. The vendor shipped it from Ontario and it arrived in San Jose on 12/7. It was supposed to be delivered Monday 12/9. It is now Friday 12/13 and it has never even been put on a truck to be delivered. Everyday the update is listed as "Shipment Delayed-Delivery next business day" I have called and spoken with customer service several times (after being on hold for an hour each time) and they say they are emailing the warehouse or escalating the problem. Tonight I tried to call again (today they said they would check and call me back) and their message on the customer service line is a recording that says the operators are all busy and due to the high volume of calls to please call back at my convenience. My other review apparently disappeared! My dog is 15 1/2 and in Stage 4 kidney disease. I live in a gated community with NO GATE CODE because we have a guard gate. I made the "mistake" of signing up for delivery notifications and On-Track saw that and decided to use it to contact me at the end of the day to tell me to contact them because I didn't put in my "gate code" with my order. THE COWARDS DID NOT HAVE THE GUTS TO CALL ME!!! They've obviously done this as an excuse not to deliver to me at the end of the day. My dog's life hangs in the balance and I will have to go to his vet tomorrow as we are now totally out of meds. I HATE ON TRACK. They've made up a lie (they need a gate code) to avoid delivery. THERE IS NOT GATE CODE. If they had REALLY attempted delivery, they'd have KNOWN that all they had to do was drive through. AMAZON, FED-EX, DHL, and EVERY delivery driver other than doordash is let through the gates. BUT . . . if they HAD ACTUALLY COME HERE and insisted on a gate code, 24/7 the guard shack most definitely would have called me, NOT THAT IT IS NEEDED WITH ON-TRACK. How do I know this? BECAUSE THEY'VE DELIVERED HERE BEFORE AND NEVER HAD TO ASK TO GET IN. -The latest is according to Chewy, they called OnTrac and asked for the drivers GPS coordinates to see if he was anywhere near my home yesterday and guess what? HE WASN'T according to OnTrac via the Chewy representative. BOTTOM LINE, THEY NEVER MUST HAVE COME HERE. The latest is last night I made negative Google reviews and a Better Business complaint. if I could give them 0 stars I would. I was supposed to receive a Christmas package from Hollister on Tuesday so I was going online to check what time it would arrive. The package never arrived. I didn't think much of it knowing its the holidays and it would probably get here the next day. Nothing. Today, Friday, I called to find out where my package was. I was placed on hold for 20 minutes only to be told that they would look for the package and call me back. I called back this afternoon about 4:40 because no one called me back. This time they said they were going to look for the driver and ask about the package. At this moment I receive an automated email saying my package was delivered on Tuesday at 7:15 pm. What a coincidence I receive this email as I am on hold with customer service. I tell them that I did not receive the package and I know that for a fact because I was currently looking at surveillance footage that I have on my property for that time frame. I checked the footage from 6pm-11pm to check if anything had been delivered and it hadn't. The driver must have delivered to the wrong address or might have been overwhelmed and "forgot" to deliver it. He definitely didn't deliver to my place. After 40 of being on the line with customer service, I was told that a supervisor would be contacting me but that probably wouldn't happen till the end of next week. One star is one star too many! Each package purchased from Amazon using Ontrac same delivery method says "undeliverable- need gate code". But that's a lie. I verified this time the gate was open at the time of the attempted delivery and the apt complex upfront has no wall so pedestrians can walk in any time. The gate is only for vehicles. All delivery companies can access my apt except ontrac. I actually called ontrac hours before the attempted delivery (before they physically had the package) to leave the driver a note on the situation and left my phone number. I don't think the driver even tried to deliver at all. After hrs on hold i was finally able to reach a customer service rep from Ontrac but he was non apologetic and told me the next delivery attempt would on Monday-3 days later for my same day delivery because it wasn't paid for Sat delivery!!! The customer rep tried to lie to me that my note for the driver was too late since he was out for delivery already and can't get the note. But I informed him when I called to leave the note I was told ontrac just got tracking info from Amazon and hasn't received the package physically. I could have bought the item from the store on the same day! My previous one day delivery from Amazon took 8 days to arrive. First the tracking said undeliverable and no other attempts made for few days but said delivered few days later. i had to call them repeatedly to get my package 8 days later! This is this worst company for shipping i have ever dealt with. I ship all over the country for concert tours and never miss event dates with other trusted services like UPS or FedEx. I ordered something online form best buy Santa Clarita. My product shipped out supposedly on the 6th of dec. from a CA facility headed to my residents in Santa Clarita, CA. Supposed to be a 1 day ship to arrive the 6th.....it is now the 10th, I have called numerous times to sit on hold for over 45 mins to have no one pick up. I have also sent 2 emails to customer service for help but no return emails yet. I am currently sitting on hold waiting for customer service as we speak to find my package. Going on 30 min waiting for a customer service rep. Do NOT SHIP WITH ONTRAC!!! Update after being on Hold for 60+ min someone finally picked up the phone.....They tried to tell me that when there system says IN TRANSIT delivery by end of day 12/09/19 that it actually means your package is just on a semi truck headed to there facility. After telling this customer service lady that it doesn't take 5 days to ship a package from CA to CA, a conversation that lasted a total of 3 mins, she decided to HANG UP on me mid sentence!! You work in customer service and you cant handle a disgruntled customer who is frustrated with your service, so you decide its be to just HANG UP......If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered items from Bath and Body Works. It was shipped from Arizona to Fresno California. Ordered on December 1 and still no delivery. All their website says is it will be delivered the next day. It appears to have been sitting in Fresno for three day!! Good luck calling customer service. First time I was on hold for and hour and a half never talked to a person. Second time I called was on hold for 47 minutes, they made it seem like it was no big deal that is has take almost 2 weeks for this to be delivered. If I could give a negative 100 stars I would. Never use this this service. Hopefully it gets delivered. 12/13/19 Still no package delivery. The package has been sitting in Fresno going on 4 days! Just a stones throw from where it is to delivered. Another wasted hour on hold waiting for someone to answer in customer service. I had no say in the selection of the supposed delivery service. However I will give serious thought about ordering anything from this company again given their choice of using an almost 0 rated shipping company. Way to ruin a lot of people's Christmas OnTrac. Latest update from OnTrac now they can't deliver until 12/19/19! Bath and Body works is refunding the total purchase amount plus shipping. AmazIng how another package sent by UPS ground on December 10 made it to the same destination in 4 days from the other side of the country. The BBB or better yet the State Attorney General needs to investigate this lying thieving company!! I sincerely hope they get shut down!!. read more

OnTrac is so disorganized and unreliable, its amazing big businesses still do business with them. They will gladly tell anyone that a package is being delivered knowing full well the package is missing. The thing about OnTrac is they don't have drivers that work for the company, they use anyone off the streets basically, and they don't care what happens to your package, they get paid regardless. With that being said, you have a lot of theft, lying, deliveries to the wrong addresses, and if the driver gets tired or just feels unbothered, they'll take your packages home and refuse to deliver them that day, and God help you if you somewhere far! Right now at the time of this message, OnTrac is in such a bad position that they have thousands of companies and individuals in queue waiting for their matter to be resolved from Black Friday, but the reality of it is, there will be no resolution once you reach an agent because customer support can't help you, they won't be able to tell you anything because there is nothing to tell. Your packages are lost or maybe stollen and it's nothing they can do about it, so they are told to lie to the customers by management. Sadly customer support are only doing their jobs but have to take the inevitable scolding from all who they answer on the phone. What can be done about it? Nothing! Unless the companies that use them drop them as a shipper, they need to realize that Ontrac is a cancer that needs to be cut off. Sorry for all those going through this situation. read more
