Dr. Miller has a very easy going and gentle personality..., which is intangibly important to me and my wife! My initial reason for seeing him was due to my left shoulder causing me pain. Ironically, I had a skiing accident that resulted in a tear of my MCL just prior to seeing Dr. Miller initially. After an MRI, he treated the MCL tear and shoulder pain with PT initially and didn't rush me into making a surgical decision. In addition, he gave me a cortisone shot for the shoulder which released the pain. The MCL healed nicely without any further procedure being required; however after 6 months the shoulder did get worse due to a separate but freak accident, so we decided that surgery was the only option that would relieve the pain permanently. This was the best decision, because the arthroscopic procedure revealed a massive tear of the supraspinatus which required 6 anchors instead of the normal 4 to reattach it properly. The entire experience has been outstanding and thankfully, the pain has been minimal. You can probably tell I really think the world of Dr. Miller and would recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic care mostly because of his extensive experience and thorough approach.

For context, I used to wake up with neck pain every morning, to the point where going to bed was often painful even with the thinnest of pillows -- I often had to fall asleep on ice packs to get through the pain. I also had/have chronic migraines and was in a car accident prior to meeting Dr. Ali, so my neck and back were in rough shape. I also have been an athlete since I was 5, so I'm sure that didn't make it easy on her either! She was able to immediately diagnose some of the issues I had from built up wear and tear and start me on a program for recovery. She also made the whole process so easy with the insurance from the person who hit me. She took care of it all and I only had to worry about showing up to our appointments. I never had to worry about prices and sending forms back and forth with the insurance. Not having that additional stress with fighting insurance alone was super helpful. My quality of life has definitely improved after having Dr. Ali both as a physical therapist and a chiropractor -- it's not often we find someone capable of doing both in one appointment! She also would cater the care to my body's needs and how I was feeling. There were times where my neck was too sensitive for the typical chiropracty, but she had tools that made the process so much better -- decreasing my pain levels without adding to it. The tools she had were definitely a game changer. She would also change the procedures to fit my improvements or alter them for my needs at the time. I came in after going on a walk/hike started hurting my hips, and she was able to adjust them as well to relieve that pain too. She and I had great conversations where she would check in on me and remember things going on in my life and see how she could improve my conditions. She made me feel like I had her not only as a doctor, but also as a concerned friend. I really felt like she was doing her best to take care of me in every way. I checked in and as I was starting to fill out paperwork, I was called back. I was barely able to finish my paperwork when a tech collected me for x-rays. I waited less than 5 min to see Dr McNutt which I'm sure that was only due to him waiting to review my x-rays. He politely introduced himself and quickly examined my arms' mobility. Thank God a good friend reached out to me and told me about Dr. Eidsvig. The other place, a sports Ortho in Mckinney, basically treated us like cattle and didn't even bother to try and get to the root of the problem. The Ortho gave us a completely different probable diagnosis and wasn't interested in trying to heal her - all they wanted to do was load her up with anti-inflammatory meds and put her through 2x a week physical therapy for 4-6 weeks and said she would be lucky to be dancing in four weeks. Upon our first visit with WB Sports and Spine the doctor immediately knew what was wrong with her was very thorough and got to work right away - he did one round of dry-needling which wasn't that fun for her, as dry needling usually isn't. He also did a series of manual scar tissue break up techniques in the affected area and her leg extension went from barely reaching 83° to 120° extension right in front of my eyes! She was a little sore for 24 hours but already had mobility and less pain. When we went back for follow up 3 days later her leg extension is now at 132°... No dry needling needed at this time only manual scar tissue break up for her nerve adhesion in the glute and hamstring. Yay!! My daughter will be back to doing what she loves most and dancing full time with her team in two weeks and more importantly she is pain-free and happy as a clam! We are so thankful someone bothered to take the time and tell us their testimony and encouraged us to see Dr. Eidsvig and his staff immediately. He got to the bottom of her injury and helped heal it! ZERO medications too! Bonus** The staff are SO friendly personable and you get the feeling right away you are in good hands! We feel SO very blessed we found him right away and didn't end up going through several doctors and places like so many others have.
