Fast forward to when I got in an accident in my challenger as usual they were my 1st call.. I took it in, 1st time picking it up, I just did a quick glance because I trusted their work. Got home had a real good look. And there was "over spray" everywhere and pits in the paint, so I called and took it back. 2nd time I took it back it looked a little better and I actually took it back a 3rd time for the clearcoat. A few years later the paint started bubbling. I do have paper work that says LIFETIME WARRANTY, (paint and body) as long as you own the car... FREE OF CHARGE TO ME! he wanted me to pay 250 for the paint room."whatever I'll pay it" So I had went in to make an appointment, and the OWNER pretty much said my car was POS, it had rusted body. No sir those are louvers not part of the car(add-on) the only rust is where they did the body work. And I had to pull my stripes off cuz they couldn't finish that part.. don't do decals I guess.( probably kept that money) By this time being a hormonal woman who loves her car and knows about cars. The OWNER overheard me telling my husband if I had been a man he wouldn't have acted that way.. The OWNER then proceeded to tell me and I quote " I don't have to do shit!" I slammed my door.. Didn't go back.. so my car still looks like shit! Oh, my car is 10 years old and just now hit 51,000 miles. I take care of my car, I take pride in my baby girl.. The OWNER was extremely rude to me. I'm sure over 20 years I've sent him many customers. But I'm sure the OWNER doesn't care or he would have done anything to correct this matter.. I'm still waiting for that call, won't hold my breath. I've actually thought about getting a car magnet that says: Body work done by supreme collison." Still might! But if he would like to call and resolve this I'm always home! And from now on when someone asks, i'll say anywhere BUT supreme. Would have giving a 0 but wasnt an option. And just a little add-on, i was going through all my paper work from them and saw a note from someone that was doing a pre-check on car to make sure i didnt blame them for any thing that happened prior to leaving it there, most auto body places do. But what found funny, it said the back bummer didnt line-up.. Thats funny cuz they did the body work then too, guess they should have fixed that for free when it was there. Mike and his team at Progressive literally worked their magic - I cannot believe this is the same car- they helped me pick out new rims and completely detailed it - the headlights look brand new- actually the whole car looks brand new - I was very impressed by their knowledge and care to not take short cuts and do the best for the car. A oil change for the first time visit and oil change and tire rotation now the second visit. When I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. It was about $175. I thought that was high, but I was in and out in under 30 minutes. It was a quick stop, fast and courteous service . I do hate to sit at the dealership for hours. They have 4 or 5 levels of oil service and I get the second level religiously not the premium. Everything was an add-on, removing the skid plates, 10-15 dollars each. I was told the plates block the mechanic from doing the oil change. Each plate has 10 or 12 bolts that have to be removed and then replaced. I've never had to have skid plates removed before The cost for the oil filter 10-15 dollars plus the oil 89.99 and 1 extra quart of oil, I have no idea what that charge was for an extra quart of oil Usually when I get a price for an oil change it's the complete job not à la carte. Service person said "you have the "big engine" which is a 2.5 liter 4 cylinder engine. This is My first 4 cylinder vehicle. This is the smallest engine vehicle I've ever bought. I've owned many automobiles in my time. My last three vehicles, one had. A 5.7 liter engine, the second vehicle had a 3.5 liter engine and the third vehicle had a 5 liter engine. I lost all three in the hurricane. I felt a little taken advantage of. So the oil change was about $125 and the tire rotation another $50 my best guess. I don't ever recall paying that much for an oil change and tire rotation.

When called back representatives were able to renew subscription and reactive destination assist service. FYI based on past use, give destination assist app in car a five star rating. 7/28/26 we went to Germaun Lexus service department, at the dealership, to have them reactivate Lexus Destination Assist ; and second give a quote for new tires. Service department has no problem giving quote on tires, letting us know they were in stock, and wanting us to install today, hard sell and questions what would be reason for not install today. Back to original request: quote on tires and reactivate live agent destination assist I wanted a quote on tires only I wanted Lexus dealership to reactivate destination assist. Doing this type of stuff can be challenging for a novice. We went to Lexus since that is within there expertece. Service rep we asked to sit in car and install, exited when phone rep said app is down , could not connect or inter new credit card payment info, put in ticket and will call back when there side fixed. While in car driving home from dealership, destination assist rep Called Us back and accomplished nothing. Extream aggravation felt by us.( Such as when clicked on app to install,directions said swipe left, and just words, nothing happened. ) So why call us if can not update payment or reactivate subscription? Again this seems like a service dealership should be able to do.

When the car arrived, it had a portion of the underneath front bumper that had torn. I thought this may have happened during delivery but was shown pictures from the delivery person of this defect existing at the dealership before it was transported. I communicated this to the dealership and was completely blown off. After all the hype about BMW certification and that they go over every element of the vehicle, this obviously got missed but they would not honor taking care of the repair.
