History
Established in 2013.
Rick Cain, owner and operator, opened Onsite Auto Detailing, LLC in 2013 to be Connecticut's leading full-service mobile and fully insured professional auto detailing service for cars, trucks, and SUVs. Having detailed vehicles as a hobby since he was 16 years old, Rick recognized the need for an ecologically friendly detailing service that supports environmental sustainability, while helping people maintain the investment in their vehicles.
Rick's continued success can be attributed to the high quality and convenient mobile services that he offers. He believes the high level of customer satisfaction he achieves is due to the high-quality, dependable service that meets the busy schedules of his customers. Proof is in the high repeat and referral customer statistic he maintains. Since opening in 2013, more than 72% of his customers either called on him again to detail their vehicles or referred others.
Meet the Business Owner: Rick C.
Rick is a professional detailer and owner of Onsite Auto Detailing, LLC. He has a reputation for owning a clean and shiny car. Over the years, he has owned 17 vehicles and have kept each one in immaculate condition.
Rick believes the foundation for making your car look its absolute best starts with the proper products and tools tailored to each unique situation. It is because of this that he continuously maintains his knowledge and skills by staying up-to-date on the latest technology by reading the literature and attending industry-related trainings. He has spent countless hours researching and learning the best and most innovative detailing techniques, products, and tools to bring the best results for my clients. In September 2014, he attended Mike Phillips' Detailing Boot Camp at Autogeek, part of the Palm Beach Motoring Club. In August 2015, he completed the International Detailing Association's certified detailer examination.
