The lines are shorter than they appear but about half the stations are operational. It looks like they are working to get crew to fix it. When you go into the gas station you have to line up on the street so you have a massive line from both sides of the road with people waiting to get in, spilling over on municipally owned road. I did notice you have to drive in from Adelaide, Bond has a no left turn sign. Costco needs to do more and regulate the incoming cars line ups on their property. I went in from an alternate entrance had to get in line and realized if I try to jam myself in the line I will block the entrance altogether, a gentleman was courteous to allow me to jump the line. Thank you sir, I will do that courteous for the next person. When you drive into the station there are about three open in each section and you have to go up a slight ramp. If you are driving manual transmission make sure you back off til clear in case you roll back. Costco is usually a more elite experience. Perhaps they should have remained closed until they were really ready and open for business at the gas station. I visited this location 2017 summer and again 2018 autumn no change still a construction zone. Please finish construction, I would like to update my review in 2019. Opens at 6:30am.

This gas station is conveniently there for me to stop and fill my car up with gas when I am in Ajax. This Petro-Canada location is brightly lit and has decent number of gas pumps. I never have an issue getting a free one. There is also an A&W inside a large convenience store. I went inside the store to check it out the other night at around 9:30 pm. For a limited time, if you get a pumpkin spice coffee (any size), you get 100 Petro Points. I got a small cup, as I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but love pumpkin spice anything, and loved it. I also found a deal on Rolo candy with peanut butter in each morsel of chocolate goodness. I got two packs for $3. They are yummy. The woman cashing me out was polite. I got my drink and candy, and happily walked back to my car. I like this gas station. It's in a plaza where there's a McDonald's and more. (350)

Today, I ran a number of errands. I lost track of time and had lunch just before 3 pm. I headed to Applebee's for lunch. I looked at the price for regular at this Petro-Canada and it was 94.2 cents a litre, which is pretty good. I made a mental note to fill up before heading home. I finished lunch at around 4:15 pm and headed over to fill my car up with gas. The price? 89.4. When it doubt, wait it out. There are plenty of pumps at this station. However, considering how cheap this price was, it got busy fast. I was fortunate to grab a free gas pump, fill, and pay. It got incredibly busy with cars lined up everywhere that I couldn't take a photo of anything. I started up my car and headed out before I got stuck in the crazy maze of drivers waiting to fill their cards up. The windshield wiper solution area is surprisingly clean and the fluid is topped up to the brim. I used it to clean my back windshield and backup camera as the winter thaw begins. I have always liked visiting this gas station. Old habits are hard to break. (58)

There's no way to leave the line if someone gets in behind you. Each car takes 5-ish minutes, but the line holds about 10 cars. So you could be waiting upwards of an hour to get a 5 minute car wash. Kind of like me, today. Live and learn! Oh also, it says you can pay at the car wash instead of going inside to buy a car wash ticket. When I went, there was a sign on the machine that said it was broken. So people had waited like an hour to for a car wash, then had to ditch their cars and go in to buy a ticket. Which made everything slower. Just...beware.

Not bad. 107.6? Pretty good. 106.9? I'm there! Thus, I stopped at this Shell station. It was the cheapest price I had seen, with the 7-Eleven store across the street jumping into the price war. I pulled in and found a free pump. Business was brisk. I normally don't pull into a Shell station, but it was nice to change things up. I got to exercise my Air Miles card. Unfortunately, the pump didn't recognize this card when I swiped it. However, I love that this pump allows you to enter your Air Miles number manually, rather than missing out on points. Nice job! What slightly dampened my experience was a Shell employee coming over to customers with his clipboard and asking whether they want to sign up for a credit card. I realize that it's the perfect opportunity to bug folks, but I like pumping gas without talking to people. I also don't want more debt with another credit card! This station is clean and the gas pump itself is user-friendly. (105)
