Wow! - Our house was sided over 8 years ago, thus the dirt and some algae (on the side of the house…read morein the shade) was really starting to show. We tried to keep up with it, but it was time to get professional help. I contacted a few local professional power washers in our area (I am located in Branchburg, NJ), one of which only played phone tag with me for almost a week. After meeting with Graziano, and reviewing my work, I decided that he would be the most 'bang for the buck'. Additionally, although I wasn't looking for the cheapest price, his price was very competitive, and he was very easy to do business with. He is a 'one man show' who only does power washing, unlike many of his competitors. So I contracted with him to do my house and my mom's townhouse across town, which I don't think was ever cleaned in over 25 years. He was able to make time to clean our houses in just over a week, during what I assume is his 'busy season'. He did a fantastic job, and our houses/siding look like new once again. He also did my mom's deck, roof and gutters. I will now make this service, from Graziano/Precision Power Washing NJ, part of our normal house maintenance every 2-3 years since the cost/benefit is well worth it.

Zach and her crew power washed my deck and house, using a solution that worked better than anything I have done on my one. They did an amazing job. Zach asked when I was going to stain the deck.
