After having a problem with boots less than 3 months old. And to have a solution with the brand of the boots (REDWINGS). I go to the store to change the boots for others since it is a factory defect admitted by the nbrand that has a one-year warranty. The Staff of the box only presents problems that prevent the replacement of the boots. The staff was extremely rude. NOT COMING BACK. The lady (AMAR) at the cashier pretended to me waiting at the store for a reply of REDWINGS. So I have to call the brand instead of the Staff from ONO. So They have received a call from REDWINGS and this lady starts saying that is not an issue of the boots. One the worse experience with customer service. I lost over a hour trying to find a solution which I have it previously from the brand. read more

Terrible. Just terrible service and cheap knockoff low quality products. Had to wait half an hour to finally get someone's attention to ask a question. Then before I could finish my sentence, the guy just says "no I cant help you" and walks away and goes into office. They have so many junky defected products selling at low price and THEY WILL NOT DO REFUND. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Go somewhere else. read more
