The oxtails were super tender and plentiful. The meat was well seasoned and fell off the bone. I've eaten a lot of oxtail soup, and this was really good. The limu poke was also solid. The limu was a nice touch: it's not as frequent to see it on the mainland, and I like the smoky flavor it imparts on the poke. The taro turnover was a revelation. It was so good it didn't make it to photos. The pastry crust was flakey, the taro was warm and sweet, and the Carmel drizzle was really nice.
