They have a large assortment of meats to choose from, lingua, asada, birria, abodado, carnitas. More than just a taco truck, they have birria ramen, tortas, carne asada fries. I have not tried any of those yet. During the day you'll find lovely ladies that are helping you at night and I find that it's usually the same guys helping you every night. All the staff that I've seen has been very friendly and very welcoming and eager to assist. It's just a taco truck right next to the Arco gas station. Can't miss it, big red truck. Sometimes there is a wait especially if you come during peak hours, but usually they can get your order in and out within about 10 minutes. They do have a rewards club that you can join. It's 1 point for every seven dollars that you spend. And then sometimes you'll also get text specials and freebies which I enjoy. I think that the food here has a lot of value and it's good portions. It literally was high piled with cut up bbq chicken drizzled in bbq sauce. It was so much food that I was not able to eat the whole plate that night and had to save some for later and then some.
