My sushi chef, Gerard, then gave me some of his personal recommendations: Hon Maguro Zukushi maki, Baked King Crab maki, and Japanese Madai sashimi. I'm partial to tuna so the maguro was my favorite but you can't go wrong with any of those options. They have plenty of tempura/cooked options for those not raw sushi lovers as well.
