I reached out to the company, initially, and by 2pm the same day, they were able to get a hold of me. I felt very accommodated and taken care of sincerely, even though I am not an actual client. They listened to my concerns and got me in touch with the person in the incident, as well as relaying the situation to the supervisor. In a society where accountability and responsibility seems rare, they took care of me and made sure I was left satisfied, cared for, and I felt reassurance, safe, and most importantly I felt valued.
