We had a major leak coming from upstairs in the middle of our family room downstairs. 1 day away when all our family was coming over for dinner which was horrible timing. Roger and his team showed up within the hour and quickly fixed the issue and we didn't have to cancel our Christmas plans. His team was professional, diligent, on time, great service, trustworthy and super friendly! Next major disaster happened when I was hosing off our crazy chocolate lab in our backyard. We have an outside shower and our dog goes absolutely bonkers with water! We was jumping up so high and was so crazy and I got off balance. Next thing I see is our dog lands on top of the shower pipe and breaks the pipe! Water comes blowing out absolutely everywhere! OMG! I ran and grabbed my phone and called Roger, he asked me to facetime with him so he could coach me on how to turn off water and what to look for. What a lifesaver! I don't know of any other contractor and always picks up their phone and starts helping you out right away. His team then came out and installed a new pipe and our shower was fixed! He was very responsive to my messages and came 10 minutes early to our appointment time at 8AM. He was very friendly and went straight to work. A few hours later he was done and explained what he did and how to use the new fixtures. Overall I was pleased but I'm sure many other plumbers would have done the same. I paid him what I thought was a very fair price given the work and he left. Now, here is why I am giving him 5 stars; later that Saturday night at 9 PM I noticed there were a few drops under one of the 6 angle stops he installed. It was an extremely slow leak that he couldn't have noticed while he was here. I called him (he left his number and said to call if I had any issues) and he picked up right away and suggested to put a towel underneath and he will come at 8AM the next day (Sunday). He came 10 minutes early again and got to work. Instead of trying to salvage the parts he installed yesterday, he took them off, cut some of the copper pipe and installed a new angle stop. He said he couldn't trust the pipe (if it was slightly bent) or the angle stop was bad so he addressed both. I can't say enough about people/companies that truly stand behind their work. It's easy to say they stand by their work when everything's working but for someone to pick up my call on a Saturday night at 9PM and show up 8AM on a Sunday is unheard of! Thank you Nasser.

They were able to help address the immediate plumbing issue, but overall I'm giving 3 stars mainly because of the pricing, results, and communication. In my experience, the cost added up very quickly. The initial recommendation included snaking and a camera inspection, and after that did not resolve the issue, hydro jetting was recommended to address roots in the sewer line. I ended up spending over $2,000 (at least one third could have been saved if they did root cause diagnosis before snaking), but after the service, roots were still visible in the sewer line, so I'm still unclear on how much the hydro jetting actually accomplished. Communication after the service could also have been much better. The company advertises 24-hour service, but when I called after hours, I was unable to reach anyone. I also didn't receive a very clear explanation afterward of what was accomplished, what remained unresolved, or what the next steps should be. Overall, the technicians were hard working, punctual and helpful, but considering the cost, I would strongly recommend getting quotes and second opinions from a few plumbing companies before committing to several thousand dollars of work. For a major sewer or root issue, I would also make sure the expected outcome and warranty are clearly explained in writing before proceeding, there is a lack of post service communication .
