The gentleman who helped me get my fingerprinting for my new job was not only kind and helpful, but he is extremely knowledgeable about the ins, outs and pitfalls of this process. In one sitting, Coach Ezra walked me through what the procedure should have been but wasn't. If I knew about this beforehand, it would have saved me 4 hours of driving (from out of state) as the state and county offices where I live could not tell me. Even the state licensing board of my future job could not explain the process in any detail. Coach Ezra clearly explained what should have happened, the fingerprinting process and what to expect. I recommend this family run business to every applicant applying to work in the state of Illinois who is required to have fingerprinting.

Not only did he show up with his team, ready to execute, but he was able to come two hours earlier, which allowed me to do a little bit of shopping for my place. My basement apartment had been vacant for several years and had acquired quite a bit of dust, cobwebs, spiders and dust that I'm too squeamish to deal with. Not only that, I'm allergic! None of that phased Eddie and his team! It may have taken them 1 hour or less to finish cleaning. I came back as quick as I left and the place was SPOTLESS! SPOTLESS you hear me???!!!
