I needed deep cleaning services for a move in and after calling several cleaning services, every last one of them were booked, until I stumbled upon Clean Spot Maid Services! My initial call I wasn't able to reach anyone, but Eddie called me back literally seconds later and inquired about my specific needs. He made arrangements to accommodate me for the weekend and as promised, he delivered! Not only did he show up with his team, ready to execute, but he was able to come two hours earlier, which allowed me to do a little bit of shopping for my place. My basement apartment had been vacant for several years and had acquired quite a bit of dust, cobwebs, spiders and dust that I'm too squeamish to deal with. Not only that, I'm allergic! None of that phased Eddie and his team! It may have taken them 1 hour or less to finish cleaning. I came back as quick as I left and the place was SPOTLESS! SPOTLESS you hear me???!!! We have used Eddie and his crew several times. It seems a though the past few times they have come to clean they have cut corners. Honestly, we know that sometimes these things happen. However, this last time we contacted Eddie directly to ask him to come back and correct the fact that they didn't clean the bath tub and his response was very negative. I was surprised and disappointed. For that reason I would not recommend his service to anyone. read more

It's been a while since I wrote a review but, I had SUCH a positive experience with this company that I wanted to give them a Yelp review. I called Clean Spot to clean my house when we first moved in. They did an amazing job and have since cleaned it twice and each time, it has been impressive. Eddie, the owner, is very responsive, communicative and will work with your budget. Here are some reasons I gave them 5 stars: -Eddie is very responsive via text and works with my schedule or informs me if his crew will be late -the house is extremely clean! -we had a few dishes in the sink that we didn't expect the crew to clean. They not only washed those dishes but also emptied our dishwasher of the clean dishes (my last cleaning service did not offer this service) -we have wood floors and the crew cleaned them all (including closets and hard to reach places) so they are super shiny -they make the beds and also make the couches - pillows arranged and throws folded (my last cleaning service did not do this) -they are very detail oriented and literally clean every surface -they organize the clutter on our desks and table tops (usually our old cleaning service wouldn't even touch our desktops) In short, you will NOT be disappointed if you try this cleaning service out!
