During the wax, she will walk you throughout each step she's gonna do on your little girl, what kinds of products she's putting on it and so on. The stripping off was a littleeeee tingling but it went away really fast so you don't have to worry! She also took a really good care of my husband brazilian! I asked her if she could count to 3 before she stripped the wax off but she said if she did that, he would know when the pull occured and he would likely freeze himself and that would make it even more painful to the body, then she explained how our body and mind connected and how they responsed to the pain and everything like that. Which was so informative and relaxing for us to know. Oni is very nice & provides a lot of information during your service, but almost too much information. Was a bit much & overwhelming. During the time when your mask is on when other estheticians will commonly give you a shoulder massage, she does not. Seemed like forever that you're just laying there while you feel her presence in the room but cannot see her. Weird & uncomfortable in my opinion. Last Monday I went for my facial for the first time with her. I was excited that I found her at Groupon and that she uses natural products for all her facials. She was very professional and thorough as to what she will be doing on my face. I do feel that she genuinely cares for each and every client that walks in her suite. Her place is quaint but very welcoming. Everything around the place was well-thought of. Love the place! Even though I am not blessed with a smooth skin I came out refreshed and feeling really good! My skin didn't suffer at all. No blotches no sunburn. This is my 4th day after the facial and my skin feels soft and supple. Best of all it is not as oily anymore! Oni started off by explaining how her products work, the facial process, and ended with advice on how to care for my skin post-facial.
