I had a large settlement check and was trying to access some funds against so I went to the Chase branch where the issuers account was established. Not only would Chase bank not assist me with opening an account of any kind to deposit the check, the manager was dismissive and insulting asking me where I got the check and questioning legitimacy. That is when I called Check City on West Tropicana and asked Indica if she could assist me in anyway. Indica went out of her way to help me out of a frustrating situation. She honestly went above and beyond what I expected from any employee these days. Most importantly, she listened to my whole situation, then went into action, calling her supervisors and finding a solution to assist me. In the end, she was able to get approval to not only cash my check, but also was able to get me a reduced check cashing fee which saved me literally hundreds of dollars. While other places would not even listen to my request after they heard the amount of the check, Indica at this branch was a freaking rockstar and found a solution.
