Very friendly! Great Customer service. Helped right away! Managers were very even there greeting and helping. Thanks Sunset location!!

I recently opened my accounts at the Sunset location and although the account opening process was different than I expected and wasn't completed with a banker in person the experience afterward was excellent. The tellers took the time to answer my questions and assured me that any future account needs would be handled in person. The Sunset branch was very clean I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the staff was friendly welcoming and professional. Overall I had a great experience and appreciate the excellent customer service. The bank manager was absolutely amazing and very helpful I really appreciate Desiree! read more

Everyone at the sunset branch were friendly, patient, and professional from the moment I walked in. Nick and Desiree were awesome at helping me out today. They made me feel welcome, took the time to listen to my questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Will definitely be coming back to this location read more

Been about a year since I was here...the inside looks much better after the remodel and I had zero wait times when I came in the morning. Barbara updated my account and was very pleasant and professional. They even have lollipops for the kids! read more

The teller Jared provided me with outstanding customer service regarding my banking needs. A very good Credit Union!

I contacted the credit union and spoke to someone about there CheckAgain® - 2nd Chance Checking I advised than we has fraud on a checking account and it was closed and turned in. The person I was speaking to advised me they work with people who have bene turned into check systems and we should go online and apply for the account. We did that and a few days later received a call from someone at the credit union advising us they no longer have this option and do not work with anyone in check systems, but yet this option is still on there website. read more

this is the worst bank Ive ever been. If you guys can find another bank for any business please do. I was trying to open an account for my aunt and I had to sign an interpreter form every fking time I do any service for her which is unreasonable!! And the staffs are all statue because they dont do any service !! All service will have to be done on their computer through a phone call so theres no different just calling but then they dont let you do that ... which is very stupid !! And the company is so unorganized, the online staff said she cant take discover card but the branch can and yet the branch cannot like bro can you guys be on the same page ? Lastly, being a customer service the least you can do is to check back on your customer on a long wait right ? I waited 20+ minutes without ever coming back for follow up and the last thing she told me was we need the branch to scan in the proof of resident. After the scan was 20+ minutes wait .... read more

This credit union will change terms on you within days. I got charged a dormant fee for not having any transactions within the 9 months. This was never told to me when opening the account. I called the customer service representative and she said since you called before the deadline I will make a transaction and put a note so you will not be charged. It never happened, so I called CS the second time and this time she said "I see you called in and I am sorry this was not taken care of and I will send this to my supervisor to get your fee reversed. Now 2 months passed and I went in to do a transaction to my account and I ask the teller if the fee was reversed? She said "no". Ok, now I am beyond frustrated at this time. How many times does it take for you to reverse a $5 fee? She said "let me take a look". I was standing there and she must have typed an essay in the computer and she said to me wait let me ask my supervisor. She comes back and said let me see what I can do. This is after 20 minutes standing there. I told the teller to forget the $5 fee and close my account please. They have admitted to me they were suppose to credit me but never happened. If it's this hard to get $5 back, then can you imagine if they accidentally withdrew your funds and gave it to someone else. How long will it take to get it back? The worst part was, not even an apology from the branch. Worst credit union ever! Please do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache. read more

I have been banking here for over 20 years and that means a lot. Their employees are always gracious, professional and enthusiastic. There's nothing like being greeted by Jennifer F every time I come in whether she helps me or not. I just love everything about them. read more

So today I was in line waiting for a few mins and there was a gentleman came in after me. And the young lady took the gentleman man before me amd the young kid said he was before me. So instead of just taking me first like it should be. She took him first. To me that was really embarrassing to me. I hope that this policy changes. I talked to manger and she said that members want to be taken first for deposit. But I'm here making a payment to your bank. It should be first come first serve. Thank you for the embarrassing moment!! read more

I have recently obtained a HELOC with CCCU to consolidate my debt which I did not think was possible as another lender had denied me. I have a heart full of gratitude for Jennifer Bernier who assisted me during this journey; the process was quick and painless. I was in a very tight financial situation and now I feel a heavy weight lifted from my shoulders and this would have not been possible without Jennifer Bernier and Clark County Credit Union. Don't ever open a savings or checking account with Clark County Credit Union because they're beyond unhelpful. If you have the option to go with another bank I highly recommend you do so because if there's a transaction or fee taken out from your account due to error they will never help you and you'll be stuck and told they can't help you. read more

Located on the southeast corner of Fort Apache and Sunset Road, Clark County Credit Union can always be relied on for friendly and efficient service. I usually frequent the Windmill location, but this location was more convenient for me on this day. I very much enjoy being a CCCU member, as it comes with many benefits that are far superior to what most of the large chain banks will offer. My only regret since switching from Chase to here is that I didn't do so sooner. This location is very similar to the other ones I have been to in town. The interior is very clean and the tellers are always helpful and friendly. It's nice to have another location on the west side of town to go to whenever it's necessary. I'm definitely a fan! 4 stars. read more

I would like to voice my partner's and I appreciation for CCCU SW Branch, especially Stacy, and the crew who went above and beyond to assist us in opening an Estate Account for probate. We realize that we are amongst the first estate accounts that were created under a new policy. Stacy's knowledge and professionalism has assisted us in so many ways, especially during a stressful situation. We would like to commend CCCU for their fantastic service, thanks to Stacy, and for all the fabulous employees they have with excellent customer service skills and true kindness. We are very happy to be members of a good credit union. According to many macroeconomists, it's better to be with a credit union than banks with billions of dollars of unrealized losses and the FDIC unable to cover everyone's capital. read more

This is a review for ALL locations (sorry it ended up on yours), but how the heck are people supposed to do business with you when your hours are 9-5? And closed both weekend days...????? Im a new customer and I work 9-5 and I need to get in to talk to someone but I can't just take off in the middle of the day..???? Now I know to look at that next time, lesson learned. I think either the branches need to be open a little earlier, a little later, or open up for a few hours on Saturday. Because trying to schedule getting in there on the one extra hour you give on fridays just isn't realistic. read more

I've had a savings account here for a year and a car loan that I paid off last year. This week I chose to shut down my primary accounts at a larger bank and move all my accounts here.
