Bad service by Adriana I was trying to send money to a family member in California and my father-in-law was with me and was holding my Walet and Adriana said that she would not allow me to send money because my father-in-law handed me money my money that I work hard for. This location is great I don't take out a loan or borrow money from them but I come here for the money orders as they charge 75 cents for a money order which is good for me as I don't want to pay the extra fee for one at any of the convenience stores because they charge up the butt outside of that the people who work here are friendly and from what I seen go out of there way to help you. read more

Incident date Sunday, June 24, 2018. My name is Rajinder. I never leave a negative feedback and I never thought I ever will as I am opposed to leaving negative feedbacks. This is my very first time I am doing it. I have a decent income and I had an account with Moneytree for some past 10 years which I rarely used (was just a backup account because they are open 24/7). For the first time, I decided to apply for a $150.00 installment loan which I was planning on paying back in roughly 4 days. First I was told that I need to bring in 30 days bank statement (as it has ACH transactions), which is very reasonable. After filling out an application I had to leave because they could not print my bank statement from my USB stick saying that their computer does not have USB. Then prior to going back with hard copies, I called just to make sure if there is anything else they need and I was now told bring 90 days (3 months) bank statements. So I printed it and took it in as it was fine with me. The girl said that if I can bring my last year's tax returns then that would be even better (a bit overkill for $150 loan). Told her I couldn't bring that, and she said that's okay, just 90 days bank statements are fine. Fast forward... I arrived, and with my income being decent, I was turned down for $150 only because they could not approve because they had never heard of surepay ACH direct deposit transactions. It's an ACH deposit - which is what it says and it's legit. Just because it wasn't an ACH that they were familiar with, they ended up denying me. I am not leaving a negative feedback just because I was denied, but because I was denied for their own ignorance and poor judgment - worse, I spent the whole evening fulfilling their needs and providing more than what they wanted. I closed my account that I had for 10 years (that I rarely used) and will never ever look back at Moneytree, nor I will recommend Moneytree to anyone. read more

I went there late night needing a money order for 2K, lady on the phone was very polite and the fee was only $1.5 which is the half price of supermarkets. I went there 4am in the morning and the place was open, red hair hottie was the person behind the window who helped me and when i said I don't have the cash to pay the fee and they didn't take cc or checking cards but she ended up waiving the fee for me. This is an awesome place! This particular location is open 24 hours, which is VERY convenient (but not all of them are, so check store hours). In a 24 hour town, you never know when you'll need to cash a check (or for you gamblers out there...get a payday loan, LOL)! But beyond that, Moneytree offers free money orders (yes, I said FREE) and they sell stamps at face value (most supermarkets will charge a fee). Plus, they offer the standard Money Gram and Western Union services (which have gotten me out of a pinch...or two). The people are friendly, fast and helpful!!! read more
