That is not normal wear and tear and raises serious concerns about the quality of the prior repairs done before the vehicle was sold. At the time of purchase, I was also sold an extended warranty through Endurance Warranty Services, which gave me a sense of security. When the transmission failed, the claim was denied leaving me responsible for a major repair out of pocket. So the reality ended up being: A branded title vehicle with a major mechanical failure, combined with a warranty that did not cover the issue when it mattered most. This has been stressful, time-consuming, and expensive, and it completely changed the value of what I thought I was purchasing. My advice: Do not rely on the warranty alone, and do not assume these vehicles have been repaired to a reliable standard. Get an independent inspection and ask very detailed questions before buying. I regret this purchase and would not buy from here again.

I was charged $999 for vehicle enhancements... 3- Don't let them just give you monthly payment totals based on your down payment. Ask HOW they came to those estimates. 4- Be sure you have license plate holders in the front AND back... in Texas you have to have these. I had to go back to dealership. 5- Be rested and clear headed. I don't know if I would go back to this dealership.

I also mailed them a detailed letter explaining my situation and NEVER received a response. So this is where I am at. They will probably send to collection the 400. From a practical and fair standpoint, I don't understand how Kia can charge me for lease payments on a car they've already resold. It also directly contradicts their earlier communication about the $1,400 total. Has anyone here experienced something similar? How did Kia handle it, and were you able to get the charges corrected?
