We got a 2016 for explorer with a little over 100k. they said it would be around $21k total. Gave the $4000.00 for a down payment, after finance and their scam insurance the finance was around $37k, FOR A 2016?!?!? They try and say they do not accept commercial insurance which we have a $1,000,000 policy and a $500.00 deductible. They also tried saying that any one who drives the vehicle HAS to be listed on the insurance for the vehicle to be covered. NOT TRUE. as long as the vehicle shows to have insurance, the asset/vehicle is covered. I now understand what is going on. What they do is force people who do not know better to have their insurance and it bumps up the total finance of the vehicle. They further stated that they don't allow their vehicle's to be sold to be used as commercial vehicles. When you give some one the down payment, and pay the bill, you can use the vehicle for what ever you want as long as the payment is made. Orlando who I'm assuming is the manager is a super nice guy or appears to be, but he also stated that he sent our proof of insurance in and they said they never received it so I resent it. Makes no since to pay my $500 a month company commercial insurance policy and then have there's. Also made a consumer report along with the attorney generals office, the department of motor vehicles and texas department of insuranceWe got a 2016 for explorer with a little over 100k. they said it would be around $21k total.
