I told him when i…read morewas coming to pick up the truck but when I arrived to do so he had not done any of the work he promised to do. I also later discovered that the front window on the cap was missing as was the spare tire and the radio did not work. The owner claimed that many people said they were coming, made appointments, etc, then failed to show, as way of explaining why the work was not done. Had he actually completed the work, he would have known that the cap window was missing. When I viewed the truck the sun was in my eyes and I could not see the missing window. The owner later explained that he did not know what I meant but never asked for clarification. As to the radio, he said it was a fuse. It was not. There were also no keys for the cap's locks. The owner disavowed any responsibility for any of the things that were wrong with the truck and now may face a Small Claims Court suit as he has also stopped responding to emails and has refused to make even a token offer of compensation. The problems with this truck will cost me up to $1500.00 to rectify. I offered to have him complete the work at his business and he ignored that offer.

Cedric put all of paperwork in the computer (which took about an hour, he kept answering the phone which took the process an hour longer) we were told the bank would only approve the loan for 2015 or newer. The only vehicle in our price range was 2015 Chevy Captiva which was running when we arrived due to a bad battery. He said oh we have a battery for it. Then why would you leave it running if you have a battery? The thing was a POS , interior had not been cleaned. Transmission going out, bald tires, it shook on passenger side and the rear. Save yourself time and headache do not go there. DO Not Go THERE!!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP--DECEPTIVE SALES & ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY…read more I would give zero stars if I could. My mother is a 68 year old retired RN who purchased a van from Haus Auto Group with the intention of traveling across the country, visiting national parks. Instead, she has spent months dealing with a nightmare--costly repairs, misleading information, and complete disregard from the dealership. The van was misrepresented from the start. It was advertised as a Flex Fuel Chevy Express, which she paid a premium through the dealership's vendor to have delivered to her in Texas. Upon delivery, she discovered it was actually a VIA Motors VTRUX hybrid--a vehicle that very few mechanics can service due to software restrictions that a quick Google search will confirm was a complete failure for GM. The hybrid battery failed 3 days after she accepted delivery of this vehicle, and despite taking it to multiple shops, no one has been able to fix it. Additionally, the van has significant rust issues that were not disclosed at the time of sale. They haven't even honored their own guarantee and reimbursed her for what she spent in repairs the first month she owned it. My mother repeatedly reached out to Chris Haus, asking for assistance or a buyback, as she unknowingly purchased a vehicle that is essentially undrivable, and the vehicle delivered is not the vehicle she purchased. Communication has been slow, dismissive, and filled with empty promises. Every time she pushed for a resolution, she's been met with excuses or silence. Meanwhile, she's still making payments on a van that she cannot use. This dealership sold her a branded title vehicle without proper disclosure, failed to ensure it was in working condition, and has done nothing to make this right. She spent her life savings on what was supposed to be her dream vehicle, only to be stuck with an expensive, useless burden. If you value honesty, integrity, and accountability, DO NOT BUY FROM HAUS AUTO GROUP. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase here to take their business elsewhere.

He wants me to kick it on down the line to CarMax lying to them to get an appraisal and throwing $4000 on top of that not caring about the moral issue that the Van dies after 30-45 min. and proven by 5+ mechanics it won't run. They had a 90 day warranty and I haven't received a penny for what I have paid.
