Over the last few of years leasing my van, any repairs were thoroughly explained, and I felt taken care of. I was injured severely in a fall. During surgeries, hospital stays and chunks of time off work with little to no income, they worked with me and were understanding and realistic in their expectations of me to get caught up. They were human, and treated me as such. When you're injured, and wondering how you're going to feed your kids, and pay your bills and you need transportation to continue to work to try to catch up on all of those things, it helps when you call in to try to make an arrangement to be met with someone on the other end that actually cares! Yes, I needed to pay, but making sure that I was okay went over and beyond, am I am simply thankful. They have no idea how this helped me fight a little harder to get better, and how it made me determined, no matter what, to get them paid! Everyone was always so polite and helpful when I called in. In today's world of "iffy" customer service at best, sometimes, this is absolutely wonderful and breath of fresh air! In particular, I would like to thank Ryan, who has taken my call a few times, and handled my transition from lease to buy-out, for caring, for good conversation and laughs! And last but not least, Kim Savcic, there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY, I would've made it through everything that I have gone through these last couple of years.
