If you sell your items to this place then you're an idiot. Absolutely zero knowledge and will just throw you total rip off offers for your items. I've been reselling things for years. Take your antiques, precious metals, or items of value to Alliance Coin and Jewelry, anything else you want to sell take to Pool's Gold and Gun in Massillon. I make no money from this, I don't work for either business. I needed cash when these two spots were closed so I resorted to this place and was disgusted with not only the customer service but also the offer they gave me. I'm a fair guy. 50% of the items value I'm more than okay with, not less than 5%. read more

I went in to try to sell my ladies Seiko solar watch. i was told they wont buy it because anyone can go to a Walmart and buy one for 20 dollars. really???? i tried to explain that you cant walk into any Walmart and buy a Seiko watch at any price. They have to be ordered online and then its shipped to you. No Seiko watches sell for 20 dollars anywhere unless its stolen or used and not in very good shape. If the sales staff is that clueless and ignorant i would suggest they find people who are a bit more educated so they are knowledgeable about what they buy and sell.i wont recommend that business to anyone. read more

The rep asked me for my information and told me to sign some documents. When I asked if for how much and how long I would be approved for, she explained that the information would populate AFTER the documents were signed. Once done, I was told that I was approved for a loan that had rough $200 extra dollars worth of charges that had to be paid back in 2 weeks. I explained that I wanted a 12 month loan in the beginning but the rep still put through a 2 week loan. When I asked for her to cancel it, she told me that she could not because the money was already in my account. This was very misleading and highly unethical practices that I have reported. There is no way someone should be forced into terms that they do not agree with.
