I had them do yearly servicing on the boiler for the last three years and then had them repair it in February - March 2026 when there was a problem with very low heat. The problem was not correctly addressed. At no time did they check to determine that most of the water had drained out of the boiler. They said I needed a new aquastat and replaced it but set it to 200 degrees (about 40 degrees higher than needed). When I had a technician from a company that knows how to service boilers look at it, the inside was very dirty (had not been getting regular cleaning, although I had paid for maintenance each fall). He discovered that the water had drained out, that it needed flushing, and has repaired the boiler.

Told me to make rabbit ears on the filter with duck tape. That way I can pull the filter out. I told him I was disappointed the installers did not show me how to remove the filter. After all, I really was not thrilled that I had to have a service call. The best part of this review is that there wasn't any charge, he gave me a pound of hummingbird coffee , a fabulous tip on removing the filter and we shook hands. Very thankful for the rabbit ear tip, everyone should learn this! Very pleased with Hummingbird, the service repairman Dean and my pound of coffee. But the best part... no charge. This is an objective review. 7/13: bought a new HVAC from Country Suburban - very satisfied in all ways price, instillation, professionalism, and follow-up 11/14: electronic malfunction of motor - very quick, professional fix could not have been better 10/19: two days ago the heat function of our HVAC did not work - again very quick response and professional repair. This was a somewhat complicated issue that Harry Gee took immediate charge of and resolved perfectly. It's easy to write a warm and fuzzy commercial. The "rubber meets the road" when the customer needs the attention that is claimed. Harry Gee and his techs absolutely took care of us and clearly demonstrated their sincere caring for their customer. Don't walk, run away! I would never recommend Country Suburban and sons to anybody!…read moreHarry Gee quoted a new Lennox heat pump system for $8400. Nick supervised the install. Due to lacking one extra inch above the furnace they installed a 30% smaller coil than they specified in the quote. Since the day they installed it, it did not work in heat mode. The pump would lock up due to over pressure. I pointed out they could have removed some of the 6 inches of blocks underneath the furnace that would have given the space required to put the proper Lennox approved coil in instead they just drained some of the Freon to reduce the pressures way below specifications, so the compressor would not lock up in heat mode. Now the pressures are way low and the non-approved smaller coil which, according to Lennox , voids the Lennox warranty. So now I have a 3 ton system that draws the electricity of a 3 ton system and doesn't even give me the heat of a 2 ton system. When offering them a solution to repair it with the correct coil and lowering the furnace, they refused, he said it worked good enough. So I took them to Small Claims Court. Country Suburban hired a lawyer to fight me in Small Claims Court. I think they spent more money on their lawyers than it would've cost to fix the issue. I was in business for over 35 years and I always took care of my customer's even if it would cause us to lose money in the end. A happy customer is good advertising and unhappy customer is devastating. I would look at it as a tax right off. I guess Country Suburban has not learned that one yet.
