Bought a car from them and needed a new battery days letter. Just found out my manual key wasn't even cut! This man say it don't take no two years to know if the key cut right! If I just told you this was my first new car, they took advantage of me because of my lack of knowledge. I thought I was getting a professional dealership, but they're not. It's not until I bought a new car from another established dealership when I saw they handled me any kind of way! The man who sold me the car never showed me the key but said it's there and my keyless entry always worked. I never needed to remove it from the slot until recently when I needed it! And just my luck the Kenner location is closed down where I got the car from. So who will be held accountable no one and I have to spend my money to get the manual key carved! Go somewhere else the amount of money you gone put in the car can be a down payment for something new!

They told him it was a sensor and reset it and told him if it comes back on to wait 30 days before bringing it to a mechanic. So that's what he did. He dropped it off at dodge after 30 days and after 2 weeks of diagnostics, the motor needs to be rebuilt. The warranty they sold him does not cover a good bit of the repairs. They want him to come up with 1500.00 to have the block machined for new cylinders. Come to find out, value motors have a 30 day warranty and this is the reason they told him to wait 30 days before bringing it to a shop. They knew the truck was bad and saw a 19yr kid that has a job and was looking to buy his 1st truck. It's pretty sickening that someone would take advantage of a good kid trying to do right in life. Stay away from this place. We are currently working with an attorney on this issue.

As soon as you enter you are greeted with a warm friendly smile and greeting. Even if the lines are long they will quickly let you know you will be taken care of soon and thank you for your patience. They accused me of attempting a straw purchase before even receiving all of my information! I ended up going back because I really liked the truck. The one guy Don was really nice and helpful, but that isn't even his department. I'm not sure why I kept being passed around. My initial salesman quit or got fired- not sure. Finance guy couldn't get me out of there fast enough and acted like I was to blame for the bad weather that day. If you want to feel welcome, don't go here. I was treated like an inconvenience. I still have yet to receive a welcome packet or follow up other than a letter about how they're reporting my cash to the IRS because my down payment was over $10k. The callback number on the letter says 999-999-9999. That's as clear as anything else I've gotten from them. Even my log-in on the Nissan app wasn't set up properly, and I'm trying to fix that because I can't access it to see the information I need. I'll be spending the rest of my day trying to figure out how to pay my monthly payment or when my plates may come in.

The people who were renting the house stopped paying rent. Just after ONE month only, NFCU froze our bank account and treated us like criminals, were extremely rude and unhelpful. They did not care at all about our problem, as "well, too bad, bur you gotta pay now or else". Bottom line, I am sticking with USAA, they are the total opposite of NFCU, and they have the BEST customer service.

One credit company that I called told me the information that they received and it was not correct . They were told I had no job and no address. Sold me a car that was in a bad wreck. My insurance company informed me of the car accident. I was told I am Stuck with the car. They also changed the price of the car in the loan paperwork and charged me some fees, that I still can't get information on. Was charged for extended insurance and the insurance company said they do not have me in the system. It does not show that I have extended coverage. It's been a nightmare.
