This place has undergone a few rebrands in the last few years we've been coming here and I'm not sure it's doing them any favors. The nurses and drs here are mostly great, but the patient experience leaves a lot to be desired. The wait times have gotten longer and longer-- you wait forever in the waiting room and forever again in the exam room. A simple visit turns into a 2 hour ordeal-- and their billing department is a mess. Be aware they're not checking your insurance coverage before asking for a copay. I checked with my insurance company to verify the copay amount One World was asking for, only to find out I wasn't supposed to be charged at all. We had a past experience of them charging me for my child's annual visit, which is a preventative visit and therefore 100% covered. Totally my fault for being too distracted to realize the mistake in the moment, but lord getting it fixed has been a nightmare. I asked them to apply the $ to a future copay and they just keep sending me bills, and all my attempts to confirm they've applied that $ before I pay more go unanswered. It's not a good feeling not being able to fully trust the competency of an entity that's supposed to be a resource of care for my kids. read more

I've been coming here with my daughter since she was three when their office was across the street. When booking her annual checkup the staff booked it too early, so when I arrived I was told she couldn't be seen. It took me 1 1/2 hours to get her to this appointment due to an accident that backed up traffic. I asked the receptionist why no one called and she told me they called yesterday, but my phone wouldn't ring and didn't have voicemail set up, which was a complete lie. I asked to speak with the person who called and was told she wasn't in. I asked her to read me the number on file, which was correct and to call it which she did and it rang and went to my voicemail. No apology, and the only response: "so when do you want to rebook". If you're a no show they charge you $25, but if they mess up they don't even take accountability. When walking out I said to her "thank you and have a nice day", which I really shouldn't have but I'm a nice person and surprise, surprise she said NOTHING. I've been coming here for 8 years and this is how they treat their patients. This is unacceptable. If you're contemplating coming here DON'T! There are many more great pediatricians in the area. We did reschedule, so we could get it done as she was going into middle school and needed it, but have since found another provider. Also, her annual checkups are free, but I got an email with a bill, thankfully I got it fixed. This place is a mess. read more

Took my god daughter to an ADHD follow up appointment on Saturday morning. The appointment was in itself extremely inconvenient because it was needed to simply change the dosage times for the new school year. the office said she had to see the doctor and the doctor wasn't even there. when the nurse practitioner, April came in, my goddaughter was tapping her legs like she was playing the drums. April asked "have you taken your medicine today?" and my goddaughter answered "no". April then said "I can tell". My goddaughter is getting to an age where ADHD is becoming a label on her, and on her normal kid behaviors. I felt her comment and question not only rude, but completely unnecessary and inappropriate. read more

1. This office will make you follow up for everything possible, to bill you as much as possible. 2. Like many others have already mentioned, the office staff and medical assistants are rude and act like they don't even like children. 3. This office has no respect for parental autonomy and this final incident is what made me leave the practice. My infant was due for 6 month vaccinations. With no written or verbal information given BEFORE the vaccines were to be administered, APRN Richard lam (not a doctor by the way please stop calling him one in Your reviews) informed me they would be giving my child his scheduled vaccines. I expressed hesitancy of them being given all at once and requested we space them out over two visits (a week or two apart). At first he told me, "no we aren't able to do that." I held firm that I wanted them to be given over time. He then gave my 6 month old infant (without informing me) Pentacel a combination vaccine of FIVE vaccines that is not recommended for children until 2 years of age, certainly not recommended for my 6 month old. I felt lied to and like they went against my wishes in administering this combination vaccine when I specifically expressed that I wanted to space them out. He also put my child at risk of harm, and CAUSED harm as my child now has to receive extra vaccines because the doses were administered too early according to the CDC's vaccination schedule. I do not believe I was given consent with transparency and without coercion and deception (which is required by law in the state of Florida). I was also sick to my stomach the way they treated both me and my 1-week old son during his circumcision with Dr Jag Ambwani. Separating us for extended periods of time (me on the other side of a locked door against my wishes) while I listened to my infant screaming from the room. The one positive was Dr. Dolly Ubhrani. She is knowledgable, and was great with my child (what I'd expect out of all pediatric practitioners) but not enough to make up for the other staff and complete breach of trust and autonomy I experienced at this office. read more

Every pediatric office my family has ever been to has completed the school physical paperwork during the annual exam. I was shocked today when I was told that my daughter could either have the school physical paperwork completed or her annual exam. One World Pediatrics no longer completes the school physical paperwork while completing an annual exam for patients with private insurance, so that they can double bill. (Apparently, if we were on Medicaid, we could have had both completed today and submitted under the same claim.) They submitted one claim for the school annual exam paperwork today and asked us to return another day, so they can submit a separate claim for the portion of the 'annual exam' that includes the lab work and immunizations. They wouldn't even tell me if my daughter needed any immunizations, so I could assess how urgently she needs to return for 'part two' of her annual exam. I consider that double dipping. How much money do you all need at my expense? And for your information, I checked her school physical paperwork from last year, and the same exact practitioner completed it on the same date as her annual physical, which you already knew because you have a copy in your medical record, don't ya? read more

I would not recommend this office. The owners, Dr. Jag & Dolly, have the worst bed-side manners. Example- We had a virtual phone call visit with Dr. Jag when my son was 1.5 and he took it in his car on speaker phone while his kids were screaming in the background. Dr. Dolly then called us back about an hour and a half later to apologize but the clinic still tried to bill us up for that visit. We stayed because I did enjoy the PA and NP - the NP especially was great and we scheduled all of our visits with her. Unfortunately, both have left and it's a whole new staff. We recently saw the new PA for a well visit for both of my kiddos at the same time. She asked if we had any questions in which we brought up a question about our 2 year old daughters verbal communication. She offered to give us a speech referral but we declined. Apparently, because of opening the door with a question, we were charged because it was no longer a well visit. This is just a few examples but end of the day, we decided it was time to leave. The positives: The MAs/front desk staff seem to be consistent and I do like them. read more

Unprofessional, excessively long wait times, dirty, inconsiderate doctors and staff. It's impossible to reach someone from the actual office. When you call their phone number they have individuals that aren't in the office and don't speak English! (I believe they are in a different country) It's hard to understand what they are saying and they constantly promising to call you back and never do. Our entire family is dissatisfied with this pediatrician office. It seems all they care about is money. They are constantly pushing you to make a new appointments for everything! We visited them last week and had a question and we were told we needed to step up a new appointment! If you ask for a referral to a speech therapist or refill to a medication they recently prescribed for you, they make you set up a new appointment. The staff isn't friendly, helpful or knowledgeable. Doctors are greedy and don't care about your children. Parking is also weird, they have a tiny lot they share with an other office so it's full and your forced to park in a grassy muddy unkempt nasty area (be prepared to get your car and shoes, dirty) Don't bother with this place. read more

I give this practice a 10 star review!!! They took my children in and did urgent care COVID testing in 2021 when other places in town were not accepting children. They weren't even my kids' doctors office. They followed up with me for well visits, when our primary doctor's office didn't call or have availability to see my children for their well visits. My children loved their vibe so much that they insisted on me switching them to be our primary doctors office now (and my children do not like going to the doctor)! This facility is clean, bright and modern, and every single person has been kind, patient and super helpful over the past year. I always get someone on the phone right away too. They have been nothing but stellar over the past year and when I needed them the most, I was able to get an urgent phone call with the doctor when he wasn't even working. I think he was traveling and took my call "on the go". He saved our family from spending tons of money on a weekend trying to help our child, all with a few minutes of his time, and his precise ability to prescribe the right medication. Wow, just wow! There are no words to express my gratitude for their excellence in every way. Thank you Dr. Jag to you and ALL your wonderful staff for making a difference in the families that come to your office with reservation about what kind of care they get. I've been taking my children to this office for 5 years due to the office hours. I can't say I have anything bad to say about most of the office staff, but Dr. Jag is another story. This man has yawned during visits and not paid attention to symptoms such as my daughter having a piece of glass in her foot and my son having continued symptoms post surgery that led to another surgery. Also, the wait times are ridiculous!!!! We have moved to another pediatrician office where they are definitely thorough. Absolutely thrilled with our years in experience here. My daughter will soon be 17 and I am going to miss this office so much. She's been with them since birth and so have a few of the staff. Dr Jag is no nonsense up feint and honest and his approach to unnecessary medications and tests aligns withe ours. My daughter actually looks forward to her appointments because he has such a. Good bedside manner. The nursing staff always goes above and beyond to provide anything that we need, appointments documentation referrals recommendations etc. we moved to new Smyrna and will continue to use their services despite the Doran was until she ages out. Don't come here. They won't tell you their policy's have you wait with your sick kid until their appt and than turn them away because you don't fall in line with their policy's. I absolutely love this office and Dr. Jag and his wife. She was the one to first see my daughter when she was born before she started at her husband's practice, so I feel very comfortable with them since they have been with my child since day one. As well as the rest of the office is excellent in getting me an appointment ASAP and addressing any questions or needs I have. Im a RN and i know zantac is already being recalled but i thought maybe it was a fake news so i send my husband to get it. But lo and behold, my husband calls me back and the pharmacist told him ZANTAC has been recalled for a while already! Im so upset of this! Imagine, they dont know what they are prescribing?! And that Giana was so defensive when I said it seems like they dont know what they are prescribing! Im now looking for a BETTER pediatrician out there! We have been with Dr. Dolly for nearly 9 years and followed her to Longwood Pediatrics when she joined Dr. Jag! They are both amazing doctors and always have the best interest of our children at heart. Dr. Dolly is always so patient and kind with our kiddos. The office staff is also amazing. They always greet us and more than willing to work with us to schedule a last minute sick appointment. The attention to detail is amazing. Dolly knows our children to a T. Just last year we missed our annual cardiologist appointment with our son, and she caught an abnormally loud murmur and suggested we follow up as soon as possible. It turns out, he would need much more than just a follow up, but we were so happy she brought it to our attention. We absolutely love the care we receive. read more

I have always been happy with Dr. Jag and his office staff. The office staff is always friendly, works with accommodating my son and gets anything I need quickly and efficiently. I love that he works on Saturday and that they get me in on a minute notice. Dr. Jag has always spent quality time with my son and I feel like he truly cares. My son has childhood asthma, so needless to say if he gets a "bug", we end up needing meds. Dr. Jag even gave me a prescription that I could send in to save money vs. going over to the local grocery store. Overall, I am very happy with Dr. Jag and all the ladies in the office. They know my favorite football team; I never feel like a number at his office. Give him a try. I think you will be happy. read more

Zero stars because Dr. Jag is the worst pediatrician I've ever met put on your reading glasses because I have a list. 1st my child was diagnosed with a floppy lyrnex in which struggles with putting on weight. She was 2 weeks old when he said she was failure to thrive little did I know he was going by a scale that was BROKEN! When confronted about it he said he would fix it 6 months later this scale is not fixed. Anyway, last visit I overheard one of the nurses figuring out which shot to give my daughter and was going back in forth with another nurse. When confronted she tells me what she's suppose to give her. Afterwards I ask for a shot record and it has a different shot on there! So again I confronted her about it and she tried to convince me she said other wise and in the middle of that changed her story and said different. THEN, come to my emergency my doctor got sick so I take her in DR. jAG did not want to answer my questions continues to stare at cartoons and is very short he decided at the end to prescribe my daughter medication later in the day I went to go pick it up and HE NEVER SENT IT IN. If you care about your child do not go to this pediatrician. I'm a first time mom and the nurses will laugh at you for asking questions and make you second guess yourself and make you feed stupid. Worst experience I've ever had. And I promise you I am not the one to write a review! read more
