This location rocks don't get me wrong but inconsistent and wait times are sad. I dropped my son off @ 4:15 got a ticket. Came back 2 hours later, my son still isn't cut, people who weren't even here or came after my son was gone or getting cut when I got back. The number my son had was bypassed 10 times. Ridiculous! just went here last night and CHRIS does not know how to cut a trim. I asked for a quarter of an inch/half inch off the top and back and barley touch the sides bc they curl and when I got back it was so uneven and he almost cut all the hair off 1 side and didn't touch the other. this was the WORST haircut I've ever gotten. Found out about this barber shop right here on Yelp and decided to give 'em a try. I'd been interested in finding a true barber shop after a great experience at one in Augusta, GA last year, and I'd definitely consider this an excellent one. It's very clean inside, all the barbers are very friendly and skilled, and the prices are VERY nice. They only do walk-ins by a take-a-number system. When I went, there was only one person waiting in front of me, so it didn't take long at all. While I was waiting, I watched the barbers working, and was already impressed by their work. Clean lines, very even fading, and all of them paid loads of attention to detail. They know their stuff! When it was my turn, I told my barber (whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask) what I was wanting, and he asked a few questions about details before going right to work. He also cleaned up my facial hair super nicely. The end result? Even better than I'd expected! He did a fantastic job and even my lady was impressed. And all this for only $25! I think I've found my barber shop. So chances are high that I'll be stopping back by for my next cut. I got a great cut at an unbeatable price and had a great experience. Asked for a mid skin fade with the business owner Nazim. and got pushed all the way up to the top of my head. Barber knew it was bad and on top of everything charged me 32 dollars when I have been going for 25 dollars every single time I have been there. Same cut. They have the "take a number" system and when it's your turn, they will call your number - very systematic and organized. Got called and cut by Robert, very well-spoken and professional barber. We spoke briefly about pretty much everything. I have been here several times now, and all of my cuts were good. Everyone here seems very nice and a little quiet. But fun music is usually playing plus a few TVs on ESPN. Shok cut my hair the last 2 times I've been in, and both were excellent. Last time, I asked him to reshape my beard, fix my lines, and shave my neck. I felt like a million bucks, but the prices are lower than any other barber I've been to in years. Which makes being a generous tipper so easy and fun. read more

Walk-in friendly with the best operating hours I've seen, super chill vibe inside, easy location, and extremely professional and friendly service. I went to the barber on a whim after bouncing around different shops in Cincinnati. Initially, I noticed how clean the shop was, leather couches/chairs to wait, and a TV playing a range of music videos from Spanish Hip-Hop to Country. My first time going there I had my hair cut by Daniel, the second time Nazim. Each time I was impressed not only from the haircut, but the personalities of the barber. Clean barbershop. Nice barbers, but was pretty quiet. I wanted a faded Mohawk and the barber I had didn't seem to understand what I was asking for, so I showed a picture to try to explain. Needless to say, as you can see from the pics, he must of really didn't understand what I wanted. My hair looks bad. I will say the other haircuts that I witnessed looked good, but my assumption is that he just didn't know how to do the cut I wanted. I wish he would of said that instead of going through with the cut because now I'm out more money to go somewhere to get it fixed. I will say that he also made the comment that he was tired to his coworker, so that too could of been why my hair looks like the way it does. Pictures don't really show how bad it is. This is the best barbershop I've ever been to, hands-down, and I've been to several in NYC, LA and everywhere in between. I got my usual taper, finished off with a hot towel and razor blade finish. I needed a haircut on the fly. It was a Sunday, so most of the barbershops were closed. Thankfully, I happened upon One Way Barbershop. I called them up to get some info. They were incredibly nice, and said there's only a couple of people waiting currently, come on down! The barbershop itself is very nice, and clean. The music isn't too loud, and there is plenty of seating. I had no problem finding a parking space. As I waited, I happened to notice that every haircut looked great! I started feeling very optimistic. The person who cut my hair is Fairdin. He asked me what I wanted, and I said I wanted a fade, and whatever you think is best. I also asked about the skin fade, which they advertise. He explained the skin fade, made a recommendation, and said, "I will take care of you." Fairdin's confidence, attention to detail, and overall pleasant demeanor made me feel I was getting my hair cut by a professional. When he finished cutting my hair, he put on an aftershave that smelled so good! The quintessential barber shop scent. When all was said and done, he turned my chair around, and held up the mirror. This was the best haircut I have ever gotten, hands down! On top of all that, I was offered a free drink before leaving. I've gone to several barbers in Norwood , Oakley, and surrounding areas trying to find a barber close to our new home, that my son actually likes going to, and that can cut my mixed sons hair. Yesterday was first time going to One Way Barbershop... and it most definitely WON'T be my last! I walked in and was instantly greeted at the door by the owner. He then introduced me to my stylist Erin, which let me just say did a great job. She asked my what I wanted and I simply showed her a picture from google and said "something like this??". She replied no problem and got to work. Keep in mind I showed up at this shop at 6:15pm when the shop closes at 7:00pm. Time flew as Erin worked on my hair and beard I talked with owner and got to know him a little. Before I knew it Erin was done with my new lookI couldn't be happier. I paid and walked outside only to find out it was 7:20pm. THE FACT THAT I wasn't rushed once, the stylist took her time, and the owner stayed and talked to me all after the store was supposed to close blew my mind!!
