BLUF: They have shady business practices. You're basically playing Russian roulette with your device. The will not take responsibility for damaging your property while in their possession and they charge more than Apple for iPhone/iPad repairs. Save yourself the headache and use an Apple certified dealer or just mail it in to Apple. The owner deletes negative reviews from Facebook. I took my iPad in for repair of a digitizer. 10 days later I went to pick it back up, only to realize the following day that the Touch ID wasn't working at all and the screen wasn't properly sealed at the bottom. I thought it may be a software issue so i backed up the iPad and did a factory reset, as recommended by the Apple Website. That didn't fix the issue. I took the iPad back to the store to let them know that the Touch ID wasn't working. The young man at the front desk told me "it's always a 50/50 chance that the repair won't work. When they literally have a sign on the counter that says repair success is 97%. They also never explained to me prior to repair that they aren't responsible for damage they cause while repairing a separate issue. I asked for the manager because he obviously couldn't help resolve my issue. She came out and told me basically the same thing and said that the store is not responsible for "other issues" (she refused to say DAMAGE caused by an under-experienced tech)caused by repair. We eventually agreed that i would talk to Apple then bring the iPad back to her so that she open it back up to confirm she didn't cause the issue all while not actually fixing the problem. She also told me to lie to Apple about the cause of the Touch ID not working so that they could "better assist you". I went home and called Apple, who ran a diagnostic on the iPad. They saw that it had been recently repaired, confirmed there were no software issues and told me that the issue was an "inexperienced tech" damaging the hardware during repair. I went back to the store, relayed the information and she immediately became defensive, kept making little snarky remarks and blamed Apple products for being hard to fix. Even though there are people who have fix the products with no issue. I asked for the store owner's number which she claimed to not have. After us going back and forth for a while, we agreed to have her look at it again. The conversation, her defensiveness, smart mouth and failure to take accountability for a mistake she made just didn't sit well with me and i eventually asked for her to reverse the repair and give me a refund, which she agreed minus $65 but not before throwing in the fact that she called the owner (she didn't have the number remember) and he wanted her to charge me to put my old screen back on. read more

We went in today,?December 30, 2019 after phone stop operating due to existing crack expanding and rendered phone disable. Although it was near closing, Kristen said she could fix it in a timely manner. Guess what , she did and the phone has a new screen and functioning well. Price is very reasonable. Highly recommended! The staff here is courteous and professional, but the speed of service leaves something to be desired. I dropped off my iPad mini for digitizer repair (cracked screen) around lunchtime on a Monday. The girl behind the counter told me it would be ready between 4:00 and 5:00, and that they'd give me a call when it was done. I didn't receive a phone call before the close of business (6:00), so I stopped by the store the next morning at 1030. I was met by a kind girl who checked and told me that it would be ready around lunch time, and that they would call me. After not hearing from them all day, I called the shop at 5:50, 10 minutes before close. They told me that the tech had just finished the repair and that I could come pick it up for $125. I couldn't make it in time before they closed, so I had to return one Wednesday, two days after the 4 hours they quoted me. I also asked them to replace a faulty power switch in a Samsung Infuse, but they declined and offered instead to courier my phone to savannah for extensive troubleshooting for $100. I'd already troubleshooted the problem myself, just needed a steadier hand than mine to make the repair. Found another shop to replace the power switch for $30. I wouldn't call my experience a terrible one, but I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. Shitty customer service, half the time they seem in LALA LAND. Don't trust them. You will regret it. I brought me and my husband's iPhone 11 here to get our screense fixed ( they were cracked ) got them back " fixed " hours later the screen blacks out and the phones starts opening random apps and the calibration is off. For example: if you were to type the word " bad " it'd say something else. It was impossible to do anything. Our phone would also glitch. We brought it back to them and said that we dropped the phone and they tried blaming us for the malfunction. They fixed it again since we had a 30 day warranty. And happened again. BUT worse. Took it back and again blamed it on us. They said they weren't fixing it this time and we tried getting our money back but of course they didn't want to give us our 300 dollars back. ACTUALLY IT IS A NEGATIVE 2 STARS! This place sucks, the sales guy distracts you from the quality of their products, by lying straight to your face. He told us that the "Love Proof" case was the same as the "Life Proof" case. he said that the love proof case was $99.00, but had been marked down because of complaints. This store sells cheap ass knock offs from China! He tells you everything, but skips the "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" policy. When I went back to get a refund, he tells me no refunds. Customer service in this place rocks ! I had a screen replaced on one of my iPads at their store in Savannah and they technician forgot to take the screen off on the inside of the digitizer. They gave me no trouble on fixing it and I will have it back in two days. Great place and great customer service ! read more

No star review. This place has bad telephone customer service, I had a simple question and they hung up on me and were rude and said you have to come in if you want to know what phones we have! I have also heard from friends that they were taken advantage of and treated like crap. A small store like this should treat its customers like family if they want people to come back. Josh, the GM, was too busy snorting "headache powder" to put my screen on correctly!! And they are trying to charge more for services that should have been done correctly if they weren't too busy getting high!! (You can hear him snorting whatever it was and my husband witnessed him come to the front of the store to get a card. I wonder why!!??) They give false reasons to why they didn't do things correctly!! BS!!! Mind you I'm still in my warranty phase! My screen is lifting from the frame , you can see the LED light on the side, and the screen is not properly aligned! They're rude and condescending!! Especially the GM. read more

I dropped off my Iphone 4 for a screen repair. The sales associate told me to return in two hours. I came back and the phone wasn't fixed yet. He told me to come back around closing time and when I came back he told me to come back the next day to pick it up. When I came by the day it still wasn't fixed yet. At that point I had to take my phone and leave with an uncomfortable feeling that this guy had my phone with no password protection for over 24 hours and didn't fix it. THE SERVICE AT THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! And the sales associate spoke poorly of other nearby phone repair buisnesses.... read more
