The tracking initially showed the package as delivered prior to the agreed upon time, but I later learned it was delivered to the wrong address across the street and not to the correct recipient at that time. I contacted this store and UPS customer service multiple times that same day to try to resolve the issue. After several attempts, I was told the letter was eventually delivered to the correct address later that afternoon. I also tried to follow up with the store over the next several days and was unable to get the issue resolved directly. I'm sharing this experience so other customers know to document everything carefully and ensure you get the names of every representative you speak with, if a delivery guarantee is important to you. A UPS Proof of delivery doesn't help you if the driver leaves the package at the wrong location. The address that I provided was indeed the correct address. I spoke with the individual the package was being sent to and was informed the package wasn't delivered. I made my first initial call to the UPS store #2731 at 11:44am on 4/7/26 to inquire about where the package was. UPS store #2731, informed me the package was indeed delivered and emailed me a detailed tracking. I then contacted the UPS customer service support center, in which I was informed the driver left the package at the wrong address, but the driver will retrieve the package and deliver it by the end of the day. I spoke with UPS customer service support and UPS in Winter Park, FL throughout the day on 4/7/26 trying to get the latest status of the package. Later that day at 6:56 pm the UPS in Winter Park, FL called to inform me the package was delivered at 4:30pm to the correct address. The dispute with the bank was submitted 6 days later on 4/13/26 after several attempts to reach store #2731 with no resolution.

For identification purposes, I want to mention, one was a silver haired man, the other was a male with black hair, piercing and tattoos, Instead, they both looked at me and offered no help until it was finally my turn. When I reached the counter, one employee looked past me and asked whether I was next, even though I had been standing there waiting. The other employee, whose line I was in, never properly acknowledged me and seemed to continue a conversation instead of helping me in a timely manner. I left feeling ignored, disrespected, and undervalued as a customer. No customer should be treated this way, especially when they are visibly struggling with a heavy item. Whether it was poor customer service, age bias, or some other form of prejudice, the experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend this location. Customers deserve basic courtesy, respect, and assistance.
