Picked it up and ac was blowing hot. When I dropped it off it was blowing cold. I asked the mechanic to verify it was safe and good to make it home, and he told me yes. Drove an hour and a half to pick up the truck. Truck broke down maybe 50 yards down the road. Mechanic towed it back down to shop. Drove back home. He cut the catalytic converters to unclog them, replaced the AC compressor and condenser. Took it on another drive and it went into limp mode again. Turns out it was a faulty MAF sensor that I originally voiced my concerns about the MAF system being the problem. They've been pretty good with the customer service, my phone calls were answered with little to no waiting time. Truck was in shop for 3 weeks. They kept my furniture that was in the bed safe and dry for me. Pricing was fair. It made it back home, but all the check engine lights came back on, when he told me it only had one catalytic converter code. The truck is driving good though.

Three years in and these guys have been consistently great. Just got the 60k service done on my…read more2022 car, which includes a number of expensive preventive maintenance items. All of them necessary unfortunately. The service writers have been working with me to spread out the services across three service intervals to help ease the "sticker shock" and still get the maintenance done. Did some at the 54k, some more at the 60k, and the last will be done at the 66k. I have dealt with two or three Service Writers through this process and all have been very understanding and willing to help. The service department keeps good records and history of the car which also helps. Words of advice: whatever your car and wherever you take it, don't put off the preventive maintenance! It might be expensive, but it is still cheaper than tearing up your car or getting stranded by the side of the road. Maintenance is cheaper than repairs. Preventive Maintenance is very important to ANY vehicle! Over this time, they have remodeled the lobby and waiting area so it is very comfortable. Free coffee, water, nice bathrooms, etc. They ditched the Lincoln franchise so it is Subaru-only as of 2025. Good experiences and so I keep going back. I'm probably going to buy another car in 2026 and it will probably be from these guys.

Not only have…read moreI been told my car would be fixed by a certain date (which has gone and passed by at least a week), I have been treated like a second rate citizen by a certain person. The mechanics have been great, but I feel as if customer service has been thrown out the window. I should have been called and kept up to date on the progress of getting parts, and now getting the work done. I have complained to several people--names I will not share, but nothing has changed. I really like the mechanics here. They do great work and are fairly quick about it too. I just wish they were quick about work they have already started, but as of yet not finished.
