I have been a U-Haul customer for 12 years and have spent literally thousands of dollars. I have…read morenever had such a horrible U-Haul experience is with these people. First I go to return the truck and a dazed woman is walking around like she don't know where she is and couldn't help me at all. I had to find someone on the property to help me unload the car that was on my toe Then they charge me twice and then calling Laura at the office there she couldn't find the second double charge. I had to contact my bank to get resolution. Although I return the gas at the exact mark that it was when I rented in Florida they charge me for gas. They charged me a $25 cleaning fee because they said there was a spot and some dog hair. I have always traveled with my pets and have never had an issue. They assume that whatever tea or water that was spilled that it was a dog piss. It wasn't. They reported to you Hall that it was dog piss without any credible evidence to that at all. My dog is well trained and to just assume without any evidence that the spot was PS is pretty negligent. So after Laura not being able to find where she double charged me I had to go through my bank to get resolution. She attempted three times to send me email pictures and evidently couldn't operate email because it took all day to get them. I don't see anything in the pictures that warrants a $25 cleaning charge. So evidently because Laura doesn't understand the computer well enough to actually be able to see on her own computer that I was double charged I had to do the legwork. I had to wait all day to get the pictures sent to me of the few little dog hairs because Laura I couldn't get email down. It took her three tries and the pictures I received showed nothing to me to warrant a $25 cleaning charge. I called you Hall who gave me Byron the managers number. When I called him the voicemail was full and has yet no call back. I have traveled cross-country many times in U-Haul's and spent many thousands of dollars traveling with my pets and I've never had this problem. So because of this location you Hall will lose a 12 year customer and I am finished with them. There are many other places to go Other than U-Haul. If this is not resolved and they get back my money I am done with you Hall forever.

Budget's website states this rental location opens at 7am on Saturdays. That is not true. We were…read morescheduled to pick up our truck at 7am and when we called the manager we were very rudely told they did not open until 8am on Saturdays. The deciding factor for choosing Budget was the early pick up time because we had a long distance move to make. Also, the clerk seemed to be lacking when she was performing the initial inspection. We had to point out various dents and scratches on the truck so she would document that we were not responsible for those things. The next time we will use any company other than Budget.

I gave him my name and told him I'd be there within an hour. When I arrived I told a guy behind the counter who I was and asked him if he had the second day machine. He then pointed me to a 7/8 Cable main lines machine with a dumb look on his face. The guy behind the counter then told me this is the only sewing machine we have. It would have been to not waste my time and gas to tell me over the phone that they don't have the item I'm looking for. Seems like the type of customer service he was going to sell me a machine that I didn't need thinking I didn't know what I was doing. Poor customer service!
