I was offered a drink, and saw a cooler with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic options. I had a full set of acrylic nails removed and replaced. The job she did was excellent. My other really big complaint is the tipping system. They automatically add a tip to the charge for the service itself. I saw no signage as to this. I had no option to choose the amount of tip I felt the tech deserved. They add the tip as a percentage, because the tip amount on my receipt was not a round number. Overall, a good experience with two large complaints. You may or may not decide the nail quality and good customer service to be worth the overwhelming odor and the inability to make your own tipping decision.
