She constantly did unnecessary filing and ripping off my nails instead of letting them soak in the alcohol for easy removal.

I said wait, I wanted a mani too, then I said never mind. The workers all laughed and spoke to each other the entire time I was getting my pedi, yet no one relayed the message to him, yet he was called in for me specifically. All these places are really the same, they tell you 15 minutes and you sit there an hour before they even work on you. You never really know what you're going to get charged until you get up to the register. And if they make any mistakes, they are unwilling to accept any accountability for them.

I booked a last minute massage due to a migraine and not only did she take care of my migraine, but it was so incredibly relaxing.
