They are always friendly here. I went in today looking for some supplements and the young boy at the counter asked what I was looking for and helped me get what I needed. read more

Saw this place across the street from the gym after a workout and walked over. "NFL classic" games on the tv and table tops to sit down if you want to. Been in here less than 5 minutes and wish it was in la A place with this many supplements, proteins, snacks, clothing and smoothies! You don't find all of this in one spot often. Like vitamin shop meets Jamba Juice Glutamine, creatine, immune boosting supplements they legit have everything. The pricing caught me off guard, you can have all that and spend under $10 This place is a gem and i hope to come across it again read more

Customer service is very poor here and the products and quality aren't good either. Also the protein shakes at the bar are just as bad

Walked in not knowing what to expect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had never been here before but definitely make it a habit.

Outstanding customer service!! My first time in the store, I am from out of state. The employees could not have been more helpful and nice. We loved our smoothies and will definitely be back. Thank you being so awesome!! read more

I really enjoy the slimmer shake at the One Stop locations, 1. Because im on a low car diet 2. Its really tasty either way the yogurt base snd vanilla flavor. My shake tasted great as always, but the service was the worst ive seen at a One Stop. After walking in, i stood at the counter for 10 minutes before a guy who looks like hes in college with frizzy hair came out, phone jn hand, and said very rudely "is there something you want?" After i asked for the slimmer he told me the total and to insert my card and while im paying hes texting on his phone right in front of me. Didnt try to have convo, didnt ask how my day was, and after i paid i thanked him for the smoothie and he didnt respond and went back behind the wall. Its a shake when people with these attitudes ruin the experience of a truly great store. Thank you! read more

Honestly idk if it was the manager or owner of this location but he was fantastic. I got sick from the deca rave and he recommended me a vitamin to take through the day and i already feel better. Such great customer service! read more

Nice clean store, the guy with the beard, who helped me was friendly. Now the shake peanut butter with pIna colada was Underwhelming! Overpriced! Or they just over charged me. read more

Friendly staff in the mornings. Should be an option to tip for them. Great service, definitely will be back again.

I walked in and walked up to the counter I always walk up too and the guy behind the counter said can you please step behind the gentleman that is over there!! Well problem is I was before the gentleman!! He new it too but giant muscle guy was more important!! It's just the fact he knew I was there and just ignored me!! I come here often and stand in that spot every time. If that's what you guys only care about in there put it on your door. By the way it was 12:50 pm so you know who was working!!! read more

The two guys working behind the counter were amazing! Super sociable and double checked that they were getting our orders correct!

Meal replacement smoothie: 50g protein, almond milk, peanut butter, and a banana. Yummiest 50g protein I ever had! read more

The most clumped smoothie I ever got at OneStop Nutrition. Waste of $8. The smoothie taste chalky and service was average if that. To the guy who served me you had one job which is to blend a drink. My guess is you saw a line and rushed my drink. Here's a tip: Typically on down time you should have stalked the items needed instead of standing around and talking when I entered the store and my drink probably would have came out better. Instead you had to run back to grab the items needed to make my smoothie blend it fast and serve it to help the next customer. Hate to see my money go to the trash. read more

Store itself is nice and clean lots of options. Got a low carb meal replacement and dude put literal Hersheys syrup in it... sir... I'm here for nutrition. Couldn't drink it. Oh well. read more

It's a very sad reflection on America when the kids at this shop consistently get a simple recipe wrong. The little goblin also has a predictably bad attitude. just make your shakes at home to avoid this place read more

I have been sick for almost 2 weeks now. Stuck in my bed, unless it's to get bloodwork done or CT scan or go to the er, you name it and the doctors still don't know what's wrong with me. I had my roommate go pick me up my favorite shake which is banana cappuccino with vanilla nonfat yogurt and chocolate protein powder and when he came back the shake is banana and peanut butter. Thankfully I'm not allergic to peanut butter but imagine if I was, still I simply just dislike peanut butter and it's not what was ordered. He told me when he walked in the girl with black hair sitting behind the counter was unfriendly and rude, and even didn't set the finished drink down nicely but rather more of a slamming motion. I am super saddened by this drink because it was the one thing I've been looking forward to all day, and I'm trying to force myself to drink it so that he didn't just go and waste 9$ on one drink.. super disappointed read more

People were rude. Especially the overly rude, unable to critically think. And sadly could not acknowledge the order. This is the first one stop nutrition, where I really hated it! Shame! The girl with the piercings and the bad attitude and dark hair shouldn't be there. read more

5/4/2020 Great customer service but all three smoothies tasted terrible! They had no flavor what so ever and kinda salty. I've been getting my shakes here for years but never this location. read more

Not following simple directions led me to a doctor visit, I'm highly allergic to peanut butter which I made clear, and when I went to take a sip I was hit with nothing but the flavor of peanut butter! I politely asked to get my shake remade the proper way but they insisted that they didn't put any peanut butter half the time these guy look like there under the influence so I don't think he recalls what he even put in the shake to begin with. I forced to pay for another shake to made the right way instead of practicing good customer service skills and remaking it. When called to complain the employee was to prideful to accept fault and just said ok. Worst one stop location in the valley just based off customer service. read more

Let me start by saying one stop is one of my favorite places Although today I feel it got really sloppy. There were two people working behind the counter doing their best to cater to the group of people that were awaiting shakes, 8+ people. I had asked for a peanut butter and banana slimmer shake.. that was not what was given to me. It tasted as though the banana purée was poured into my cup and iced up. it tasted horrible. Hoping next time I come my shake that was going to be my quick breakfast will be better made. life gets busy doesn't mean quality has to suffer. read more

As far as the establishment goes it was clean. As far as the staff goes, it is really subpar. Not friendly or helpful. I was standing in line, a male staff came to help and instead of asking who's next, assumes it was the guy who clearly was farther from the line. The guy had an attitude from the moment he was actually told by the guy I was next. I asked him if I caught him on a bad day since whenever I would ask him questions, he was clearly defensive. Didn't appreciate his attitude at all. As a frequent visitor of One Stop establishments, I will no longer visit this location. read more

I've been to this location twice and both times I got a smoothie with almost no flavoring. Both tasted like plain protein powder. Also the two guys working do not have the best customer service skills, which makes this situation worse. They're not very friendly and don't seem to put effort into the smoothies. read more

i love the staff here ! they are super helpful and super knowledgeable and every time ive come to this location it's all smiles !!! there are a few locations i frequent and this is one i try to go to , as ive had a pleasant experience every time ! even had me sign up for the shake coupons cuz ur 10th one is free!! read more

Big customer to this location and came across a pre workout that made me feel absolutely fatal after taking it. Talked to the GM to see if anything could've been done whilst we talked over other prewokouts I have tried and purchased through them (which is mostly every one). I understood the "once open policy", but wasn't offered a discount to keep my business around lol. "I'll get back to you" are the last words I heard. read more

I'm not really sure why the reviews are so bad because every time I've been here it's been a pleasant experience. Yes certain things are pricey but that's what happens when you want something convenient and quick rather than making something for yourself... staff is nice and helpful read more

First time I went customer service was really good but I think the guy was the manager, second time 1pm August 22,2020 2 guys working, the one making the smoothies rushed me to order and suggested non fat order, this was only my second time there so I wanted to try something new, y'all need to offer suggestions to customers who have a hard time deciding!!! Like why rush someone, he was very rude. I'm not coming here again, I'll take smoothie king over this any day. read more

Applied here a while back and my interview experience so was so horrible I had to come and leave a review. I was actively looking for employment and went in for an interview after setting one up with the boss through the internet. (They were hiring). At first glance of me this man seemed uninterested in even holding a conversation with me, which was a red flag. But I was persistent on getting hired. He started pop quizzing me during the interview asking if I knew what turmeric was (duh) and the health benefits of it and other supplements, WTF?! Then started mocking my school schedule having told him I was a college student. To end the joke of an interview this short man sent me home with homework, a literal thick packet on ingredients, and damn near the entire inventory list and told me to fill out each and every one to prove that I was interested in working there, and to go back and from there we would start my onboarding (so I'm getting hired right?). Well I was interested and was given the illusion that I had a new job so I filled it out and the next day went back to present the completed packed, just to walk in and have the employees at the desk tell me that when he saw my car pull in he shot out the back and ran away. And to top it off they had no idea what packet I had in my hands. Anyways bad experience, these people are odd. read more

Better customer service than some other locations. Cleaner environment too! Everyone there is super friendly They've been great at helping me get a bunch of shakes at once when I'm ordering for a bunch of co workers. Even the customers are nicer here. Super weird but awesome! read more

Cool place to stop by after a good workout to replenish! Staff is friendly and fast. Thanks guys keep up the good work!

The workers here are very unprofessional. Me and my friend went in here one day and the guy at the counter (looked like he was in high school) was being disrespectful. My friend and I ordered two different drinks, the people made them and then couldn't tell us which drink was which. I asked the guy and he refused to help. When I asked to remake the guy and girl wanted to argue and then made them. I won't be back here. read more

First I want to stop off with today's date 2/19/2020 whoever was working at 6 PM the man and the woman were born rude. I was looking at their dumb ass menu that doesn't even state calories and when you ask the employees what the calories are THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW THEMSELVES. A banana is not 50 calories so that's a bust right there. They tried telling me my non fat yogurt with banana and chocolate was around 370 calories which is a lie. I just felt rushed to pick something because the man kept asking me every 5 seconds if I knew what I wanted clearly if I tell you I don't know then I DON'T know and also don't ask repeatedly because you'll make the customer feel rushed. The girl was doing the same thing just felt rushed and I feel so angry at the fact that the man asked me if I wanted non fat yogurt and I said yes because I was just so focused at being rushed and now guess what? I have phlegm! The location on Warner is so much better maybe send these people to train over there and then send them back. But it doesn't matter because I won't be coming back anyways. Just go to Jamba Juice or Nekter where they don't make me feel rushed and I can't take my sweet time looking at their menu where they have their calories listed and atleast their employees are educated! read more
