I would not spend time nor recommend this place to anyone needing a smog check. The only employee…read moreat this shop (the owner?) wasted time. He didn't even do the smog check. He assumed the car was going to fail and just going on a random lecture about car parts, repairs, and driving cycles. Luckily I didn't spend any money. If he did not want to test my car and was ready to end his day and go home... He should have just said so. I would have went elsewhere. Not sure what that man's issue was. He was lazy and unprofessional. I would not recommend wasting time for a smog check here.

I realized my registration was due in 3 days and needed a STAR Certified Smog. I thought okay let…read moreme find one near me via Yelp and it took me to a place that changed ownership and no longer could do the STAR Certified smogs. On the road again and I remembered a place by where I grew up that was there as long as I could remember (over 50 years) on the corner of San Juan Avenue and Winding Way. So off I went to see if they did STAR Certified Smogs. YES! They did! The wait was short and the two gentlemen Ezekiel and Kristopher were awesome! I gave my keys to Ezekiel and off he went to do my Smog so in the meantime I sat and chatted with Kristopher since it was slow for them that morning. Time flew by so fast and Ezekiel was back with my keys letting me know I passed! YAY! I'm so happy that I went there yesterday morning. I had the best conversations with those two young men and left happier than I was when I showed up. Do yourself a favor and just go to San Juan Auto Smog!! I'll be returning for my oil changes in the future too. You have to love a business that's been around a very long time. They know what they're doing! Thank you again Ezekiel and Kristopher

I said I made an appointment and received zero notice, and the guy said that he tried to call me. I confirmed he had the correct phone number and showed him I had no missed calls, so he totally lied. On top of all of that, I received a message asking how my experience was and after telling them what happened, they said a manager would reach out to me, and it's been over 2 weeks and no one from that company has reached out to me. What a joke of a business!!
