Horrible service. Had an appt at 3:30pm for an MRI and was advised to get there 20 minutes early to check in which I did. When I get there they don't greet you. I checked in and filled out paperwork. I wasn't called back for my appt til almost 5:00pm! All the patients that arrived after me were called back and I was given no update until i asked. They just stated that they were behind on MRI's. They're not friendly and not apologetic. This was the case was the back staff as well. Very poor customer service. The place is also very cold and bland, no decor. In the future if needed, I would go elsewhere. read more

Check was a breeze. There was a couple people in the lobby waiting. I waited about half an hour and once I was called the ultrasound tech got to business. She was fast sufficient and I was out the door within less than 30 minutes. They called me every day to remind me that I had to fast. I loved because I would have forgotten and drink some water or coffee on the way in. I'm not sure why people gave it a one star. The quality of care I got was outstanding. read more

Had an appointment scheduled for 2:45 and showed up early at 2:10. I even called at 10am just to confirm the appointment and make sure the doctor would be there--they said yes. But when we got there, the front desk lady told us the doctor wasn't coming in today and claimed she was "about to call." Like... when exactly were you planning to call? At 2:45? We got there 30 minutes early and still hadn't heard anything. Super unprofessional. Worst experience--don't waste your time here. read more

I scheduled a ct scan for my dad and gave them all the info. On the day of the appointment they called me to cancel because they said it needed to be approved by his insurance first. They told me it would take about a week the most. Never heard back from them had to call them multiple times to get a status update. Spoke with numerous staff members and they all told me different things like it's still pending on the insurance to approve, we missing the doctors order, or it has not been submitted to the insurance because his doctor doesn't answer. It was all lies because they didn't even have my dad's PCP phone number and if they had the wrong number they could have contacted us to provide any missing information. So they never sent over the authorization request to the insurance and I never heard back from them. So after about a month of going back and forth with them I gave up and went somewhere else. They are not professionals and I would not recommend them at all. read more

Came here on 5/7/19 for an MRI on my brain and spinal cervical. My appointmwnt was for 10:30am and i was told to be here at 10am to fill out intake paperwork. I happily obliged because i had to wait a month,due to work scheduling. HOWEVER,when i got there,the front desk staff seemed very unorganized and overwhelmed. And my 10:30am appointment time turned into an 11:15. My boyfriend came with me to keep me company,but the MRI tech did not allow him to come back with me,so i was upset. Especially when i got back to the testing room! It was very comfortable and i could not understand why he could not, as there were 2 nice chairs. She then explained to me that the feont staff should have said something and should have g8ven him a waiver to sign. Once i told her that they did not even say a word to me,nor told me how long a wait i would have,nor give me any type of reassurance I wasn't forgotten,then she went ahead and got him a waiver,and he could sit with me. I liked the MRI Tech. She is this establishment's saving grace. Not inly was she understanding of that situation,she also understoon that this was my firat MRI and that i still have a migraine and offered me earplugs and a blanket. She even talked me through the process so i wouldnt be surprised. If it was not for her,i would have rated this place a 1 star. read more

Front office/receptionists waited till a day before to advise me my insurance didn't cover my CT scan which I scheduled a month before. They mentioned they left a voicemail which was hung up on halfway during message so I wouldn't know what it was about. I decided to pay out of pocket cause I had already took the work day off. So I payed $330 took the liquids, waited 2 hours only for the lady to come tell me that there's another issue that was going to cost me $200 more. If they would of looked into my info and that I required a scan w contrast they would of known when I got there and immediately I would of rejected. They didn't take the time to look into it. So because of this I missed a day of work and I was going to be out $530 dollars out of pocket. Honestly, I would rathe rather give my $ to people who do their job right. I don't usually write reviews but this day costed me too much. BTW while I was there I heard the receptionist try to charge two other people who had insurance/medicaid and never paid copay before. Something tells me this experience was off since I got there. I will be taking my $ to another center. The lady who does the tests was nice btw I'm sure it's just the administrative staff. read more

Scheduled an MRI a week in advance at this location. I took the day off work and showed up first thing in the morning. I was told that this location could not perform the type of MRI I needed and that there was nothing they could do. Apparently the corporate office only realized their mistake less than 24 hours before my appointment and left one voicemail to inform me. Since I missed their one, last minute voicemail I ended up wasting an entire sick day and rescheduling at a more competent imaging lab. This chain is poorly run and does not deserve your business. Go literally anywhere else. read more

I teetered between a 1 star and 2 star rating. This place just doesn't honor appointments - it's more of a suggestion time even though they call it an "appointment." I say this because I called to make it for first thing (hoping for 8:00 a.m.), but they said they had two appointments already -- an 8:00 and 8:30 - how about 9:15? Great. Then told me to come in a half hour early. Okay, thinking paper work perhaps, and maybe they'll take me a little early... Get there at 8:45 a.m. - room with nine chairs has eight of them filled with people already. Paper work took about five full minutes to complete - certainly not 30. So I sat. And waited... and waited... and waited. The entire room cleared before I was taken back, at 9:35-9:40. I don't know why I would go there again in the future. read more

I was told 50 minutes for X-rays, it's been two hours. There were 5 people in front of me, two got up and left because they were past two hours and the other two have gone in. Clearly I'm hurting because I am still sitting in this poorly run office but I won't be back. read more

I paid them what they asked for (they said it would be my total responsibility - nothing else would be owed), BEFORE the MRI (they required me to). Then, after the MRI they sent a bill for more than they had already collected. A total rip-off business. Avoid! read more

They can do MRIs on Saturday which is really convenient. Each time I've been they have an EMT there when contrast is administered and are able to get it the first time. read more

My first time going here I needed to get an ultrasound done and it was ordered by a urgent care clinic. My clinic was told that there was an appointment available at 4 o'clock and when I showed up I was told that they did not take appointments at 4 o'clock and that I would have to come back the next day because the ultrasound technician was getting off work at 4. After waiting and waiting and waiting I finally got out of there just a little after 6 o'clock. Fast-forward two years...I chose to go back to this clinic only because it was convenient and I had already been there when I needed to get two MRIs done. I first spoke to a female on the phone who told me that it would be no problem to schedule two MRIs at the same time all I would need to do is first get prescriptions from my doctor. I go to my PCP and to my chiropractor and I obtain the two prescriptions for the MRIs. On the same day I call back and a mail answers the phone. I ask him is it too late to schedule an MRI for today and he informed me that it was but I could come in the following day at 3 o'clock and have both MRIs done. I then asked him what it be okay if I dropped off the prescriptions and my insurance information today so that I would not have to worry about my insurance being authenticated tomorrow. He said sure come on in and give me the information that we need the out some paperwork that way I could just show up to my appointmenteverything would be taken care of. When I arrive the receptionist at the desk is very rude to me she is insisting that I was giving false information on both occasions and she said and that I could not have two MRIs done at the same time at any given time or day and I would have to schedule two separate appointments. She also refused to call my insurance company while I was waiting to verify insurance. So I asked for my things back and I left. I found Steeplechase Diagnostic Clinic just down the street and they were able to take me in on the same day and do both procedures at the same time. read more

I only gave this facility one star because "zero" isn't an option. Long story short, I was referred by the receptionist in a "hush-hush" manner because my doctor tried to send me to 3 different locations that wasn't covered under my insurance. More money for her of course. She told me they usually squeezed in patients and was covered under my provided which when I say I urgently needed an ultrasound, I mean it was URGENT. The "C" word had been mentioned and after almost 2 years of extremely heavy bleeding and clotting , 60-70 days at a time non-stop (I know I'm sorry, TMI) but you get my point. Luckily, I got in 2 days later. Upon arrival, you are ordered to drink 32+ oz. of water, which I did and even more when I arrived. The tall, thin, older woman who came to take me back to the room was cold, unemotional and obviously, very displeased with her job. Adding insult to injury for an already daunting task of having a 12 inch probe, shoved inside of you with a full bladder. She walked far ahead of me in the hall and snapped at me to undress, not even making eye contact. I came into the room where she sat in her chair with her back to me, no small talk. 10 seconds into the procedure, she barked that I did not having enough liquid in my bladder and that "she guessed she could do the 2nd procedure first, even though that's not how it's supposed to be done." She acted as if it was the most grotesque, disgusting thing she had ever done before and as I laid on the table for over an hour already mortified from the problem I was dealing with, I stared at the ceiling trying to hold back the tears streaming down my face, I was thinking of anyway to get out of there. I didn't even care for answers at that moment. I just wanted out. After she was finished, she got up, washed her hands and mumbled something I couldn't even comprehend, which I assumed was a "have a nice day". I got dressed as fast as I could and literally ran out of the door. The lack of compassion from that woman disgusted me and there is no amount of money you could ever pay me to step foot into that facility again. I pray that no other woman had or has to go through what I did. read more
